Mass Effect 3 Walkthrough Part 33: Normandy Part 4

Before you head to Tuchanka to cure the genophage, take a moment to think. Have you completed all of the side quests that you wanted to beat on the Citadel? If not, do so now. You won’t be able to finish most of them after this mission. Several of them, such as Aria’s offer to control the various gangs of the Citadel and Barla Von’s plea for help for his stranded mercenaries, can lead to your galactic readiness ratings receiving a nice bump, so if you intend to get a good ending, complete them now if you haven’t already.

There are actually several characters who you may speak with at this time to open up unique dialogue paths, although none of them are particularly obvious at first. You will have to seek them out and talk to them on your own. First, talk with Specialist Traynor on the Command Deck. Ask her how she has been adjusting to life on the Normandy to begin the spark of a relationship. She will also inform you that you have new mail if you opted to save the Rachni. Apparently, they have been working hard on the Crucible, but have recently begun to act strange. This will prompt another discussion with Traynor if you speak with her again.

Head down to the Crew Quarters to find Liara in her usual spot. Speak with her to learn about her efforts towards recruiting scientists to build the Crucible. Check out both of the terminals in her room. The first will offer you a few new upgrades, while the second will contain a few emails from Hackett, Anderson, and more. From here, proceed across the hall into the Med Bay to find Mordin and the female krogan, who he has dubbed Eve. If you destroyed Maelon’s data in Mass Effect 2, Mordin will express worries about Eve’s health, and she will be seen coughing and wheezing. If you saved the data, she will get along just fine. Speak with Eve to learn more about the process and her plans for the krogan. The krogan diplomat will interrupt this conversation, and you can either support his views or talk him down.

If there are any other characters you have neglected to keep up with, visit them now. This includes Kaiden or Ashley in the hospital, as they will have recovered nicely and accepted the offer of Spectre status.
