Kingdoms of Amalur: Reckoning Factions Walkthrough Part 27 – House of Sorrows Part 3: A House Divided
When you return to the House of Sorrows, you learn that the most of the House turned against Bisarane. The main door is closed so you must once again venture through the Proving Hall to reach it. Head over there and get ready for a long fight in.
Proving Halls
The first chamber in the Proving Halls has an Arcane Barghest, Bolgan Brute and Thug in it. Head northeast to reach the second chamber. This one now has a Bolgan Brute and Thug in it. Head east to reach the third chamber. This is populated with 2 Arcane Barghests and a Bolgan Beastmaster. Now head to the north to reach the fourth chamber. There you will find two more Bolgan Thugs. Head to the north to find the final chamber. This one has 2 Boglan Thugs and a Beastmaster inside it. From there you have a clear run to the House of Sorrows itself.
House of Sorrows
Inside the house, head up the stairs and to the left, then right. You will find Bisarane in the main chamber. He will bring you up to speed and tell you to head for the Fallen Hall to meet (and possible treat) with the Rebels. Head into the Keening and go to the central area of the southern portion to find the Fallen Hall.
Fallen Hall
Head through the first door and you will find 2 Tuatha Soldiers and a Priest waiting on the other side. Through the next door to the southwest you will find 3 Tuatha Zealots. Deal with them then cross the bridge to the south. Continue forward to spot Saturnyn. The door will close, sealing him inside. Tailbreah will explain that this Hall is known for its defenses and that you can open the door by finding and activiting the 3 Sigil-stones found throughout the area.
The first is right next to you. Now head to the southeast. As you approach the door a large wave of enemies will come flooding out: 4 Faer Gorta, a Prismere Troll, 4 Tuatha Zealots and a Tuatha Priest. Defeat the Troll and Faer Gorta first, then worry about the Tuatha. This is not a bad time to enter Reckoning mode either. Head into the chamber they were guarding to find the second Sigil-stone. Activate it then stsart to the north. When you reach the branching path on the bridge, you will encouter 4 Tuatha soldiers. Just a little ways up the path to the north you will find 2 more Tuatha Zealots and 2 Faer Gorta. Continue to the north after that. In the chamber at the end of the bridge you will find 2 more Faer Gorta and 2 Tuatha Priests. Defeat them and activate the Sigil-stone to clear your path to Saturnyn.
Return to the central part of the fortress. There you will encounter 5 Tuatha Zealots. Head into the room and around the wall in the back of it to reach the corridor leading to your destination. Unfortunately, behind that wall you will find 2 Tuatha Soldiers but they are not too hard to beat. As you head down the corridor, 3 Tuatha Zealots will pop out of the ground. You will find Myrcyr waiting in the final chamber, standing over the dead bodies of many of the House of Sorrows.
Myrcyr
He has 3 Tuatha Soldiers who come running in to back him up. Everyone in this battle is using Faeblades so be ready to guard and understand that parrying is much harder as many of the Faeblade strikes have a very fast second strike that parrying usually will not stop.
When you get him to half health, he will retreat and explain that he had specific orders to spare you. Well, time to return to Bisarane in the House of Sorrows.
