Tales of Graces F Walkthourgh Part 22 – East Strahta Desert and Inside the Rockgagong

Head up to the Save Point at the start of the area for the skit, “Long' for a Ga-gongin'”. Head to the West from there. This is a semi-calm area with a few enemies. When you find a cottage just behind a Turtlez Merchant. Head into the Desert Cottage and open the chest tucked away in the bottom of the cottage for 3 pieces of cheese.

Now head outside and continue North, and a little to the East, to find a chest with 3 Spices sets inside it. Head back to the Desert Cottage.

Head West from the Cottage. You will find a chest behind some cacti. It has an Eleth Bottle C inside. Grab it then continue to the next Save Point. Use it then keep to the West to find the Rockgagong which then swallows the party!

Inside the Rockgagong
Approach the Save Point right by the starting point for the skit, “All Roads Lead to WHERE?!”. Be sure to minimize your contact with the purple liquid around the area. It will sap your health quickly. Head North from there, hopping along the rocks to the West then turn North again.  You will get a cutscene shortly and find yourself against a Visecra Parasite. Head North then jump across the stones to the East. Stop nearby the Save Point to be able to access the skit, “That House Over There”. Go above the Save Point and you will find a chest with 2 Life Bottles inside it. Continue North to find a chest with a Fangtear Crystal. Now head into the House. Inside, go over to the left and check the chest. This nets you the Rockgagong Flute. After that, a Turtlez Merchant will appear in the House. He lets you rest for free but everything else is as normal.

Go back outside and head to the West of the House. Jump across the rock there to the next island. Wade into the acid and jump across the rocks to the West from there. Continue on this course, jumping rocks as needed, to find a chest with the “Book of Preemption”. This book grants an additional CC at the start of combat, apparently costing 26 Eleth at the start.

Now head back to the island you originally jump through acid on. Continue North and Jump to the East  when you can to find another Viscera Parasite. Now head back to the West and the next set of rocks to jump across, just a little to the South and East. Head East again across the island to one with a Save Point. Take a moment to go to the Northeast portion of this island and hop over to the East. There you will find a Large Green Ball. Investigate for the disocvery, “Enormous Egg” and the skit, “Egging Her On”.

Head South from there and then jump across the rocks to 3 more times, defeating the Viscera Parasite in your way. Turn South and find one more set of rocks to jump. This leads to a chest with 405 units of Eleth inside it. Head a little to the West to find another Viscera Parasite. Now head to the East and Jump across the rocks there. You will find a chest with 3 Peach Gels inside it. Hop back and head to the South on the island you are on. Pass through the acid here to find a chest with a Blue Ribbon inside it. Now head to the West and back into the House.

Now head South from the house and Jump across 2 sets of stones West. You will find an island with a Golden Statue head on it. Investigate it for the discovery, “Golden Smile” and the skit, “T.M.I.”. Now return to the House.

Head back to the North, going West behind the House, then East to reach the Island with the Save Point. Take a moment to visit the Save Point to access the skit, “Same Frequency”. Head just a little to the East of there to trigger another Vicera Parasite fight. Now hop across the raised rocks to find the Queen. There is a bit of a cutscene with Pascal.

Entrails Parasite
Weakness: Insect, Armor, Shot, Burn
Start beating on the Queen. She is not too different from the other Parasites you have fought. Unfortunately, when you get her to half health or so, she will split into 4 smaller parasites.

Parasite:
Weaknesses: Insect, Shot, Poison

Just focus on one at a time and pound on it. The battle will conclude quickly enough on its own.

You will get the “Book of Satiation” and finally manage to get out of the Rockgagong because of pepper.
