Affinity Quests are a particular category of quest that you get only from named NPCs. These quests will not only improve your party’s affinity with the area the quest is in but can also have two additional effects. First of all, when you speak to the people involved in such a quest, your party members may comment, prompting an increase of Affinity between the commenting party member and whoever you’ve got leading the party. Second of all, these quests will affect the Affinity of the people within the region, prompting and altering friendships and even getting romances going in a few cases. By the time you leave Colony 9 to go to Tephra Cave, you should be able to have two-star Affinity with Colony 9, so I’m going to list the quests that you can get while you have one or two stars of Affinity for the area.

Bring biscuits to Jiroque
Requires: Find Jiroque in the Residential District late at night. Talk to him, then return to Marcia.
Rewards: 800G 30exp

Bring a letter to Lukas.
Requires: Find Lukas in the Residential District during the day. Talk to him, then talk to Niranira.

Dionysus:
Get some medicine for his back.
Requires: Get 2 Medicinal Brog Oil and bring them to Dionysus.

Find Miller, the only member of the platoon Emmy leads.
Requires: Find Miller, who skives off behind the warehouse in the Residential District, during the day. Return to Emmy.
