Prototype 2 Walkthrough Part 3 – Brain Drain, Project Long Shadow

Brain Drain
With the first operation conquered, it is time to find your next Mission contact. This is Colonel Douglas Rooks. He is to the Northeast of Heller's present location. Once the talk with Guerra is over, head over to the left, behind the building. This will allay the present level of suspicion and make it simple for Heller to gain a Military disguise. Once Heller has a disguise, head to the East and approach the marked base.

It is easy enough to get inside the base. Once inside though Heller needs to watch out for the Viral Radar that is nearby. Unfortunately the Commander you need to consume patrols nearby the Radar with a single guard that keeps watch on him in the Southern corner. Consume the guard the guard first, outside of the Radar range. After that, close in on the Commander and get him when he is on the outskirts of the range of the Radar.

With the Commander's form, head to the West and into the building nearby. Inside a cutscene runs where you are pointed to the next location that Gentek is going to run. You are taken to the location. Now you need to hunt and consume 5 Scientists who are marked for you. Just chase down each then pounce and consume. When you get the fifth one, there is a cutscene with Dr. Samuelson. With them consumed, it is time to exit out of alert.

Once the alert is shaken, get some height and it is time to hunt down Dr. Shaffeld. Start for the Northeastern area of the map. Once you close in, Heller is taken down next to the APC and it is time to blow one up again. Punch one and grab the rocket launcher. Fire off the Rockets to destroy the APC. After that, chase down and consume Dr. Shaffeld. This will point you in the direction of your next mission.

Project Longshadow
Head for the Southwestern part of the island. When you arrive there it is apparent the higher ups have no idea Heller has taken one of the guards. After that, head for the marker to the Southeast. Once you get close, it is time to find a disguise. Stealth consume a Blackwater uniform and walk into the base. Now head into the nearby building in your disguise. Once inside, an infected creature will sense Heller and start to attack him.

Hydra
Time to take out a Hydra. Ulgy sucker that. The goal here is to grab the Rocket Launchers and fire them at the Hydra. Pay attention so you can dodge the incoming attacks easily. If you are taking a lot of damage, then eat some of the nearby soldiers.

Once you manage to take it down, then Heller will gain a new power, Tendrils. Follow the on-screens prompts and use the Tendrils to get a feel for your new power. Once the initial wave is down, then it is time to move on. Head on up the nearby stairs and into the next room. Now, things are explained for the Black Hole attack. Hold “Y”/ “Triangle” and unleash a mass of tendrils that will kill all the nearby targets. After that, go for the elevator.

Once you are back outside, it is time to break out of alert and clear out. If nothing else, dash over to the nearby stadium and drop down to the field this will break line of sight and let you shift, throwing Blackwater off Heller's track and finishing the mission. Enjoy the evolution!
