Tera Walkthrough: Garrison in Distress

Talk to Dulari at Dulari's Camp to begin this quest:

Garrison in Distress
I think you're just about done here. While you were out soldiering, one of the couriers came by looking for you. Think about what you've learned, consider your actions as part of the greater whole, and try not to get yourself killed. There's been...too much of that around here already. Ramun should be here with your orders in just two shakes of his tail, I think.

Accept the mission, then speak to Ramun:

"Attend! You there! Have you seen anyone named <your name>? It's you? Good, good. I do too much running around as it is to go chasing you down. Centurion Neziir wants all unassigned people to report in for a big... "Pacification exercise", he calls it. That's big folk talk for "the guardian spirits are swarming and we don't know what to do about it." He's down the road and up the hill... I'll probably see you there!"

You now have to speak to Centurion Neziir. Neziir is located in the northern overwatch, roughly SouthWest of where Ramun was. Just follow the road.

Neziir: Stand tall, soldier. I need you to see to these sickly noruks. We have received a request from the researchers to examine the blood of apparently weakened spirits and beasts. You are my subordinate, so now you have orders. Kill as many as it takes. Just get the serum they want. When you're done, report to Prefect Ashak.

You need to collect Serum samples from sickly noruks (you need five samples). You will find these Noruks west of your location. Defeat five of them to get the supplies you need. Then, take the serum samples to Prefect Ashak at the Northern Overwatch. He tells you that it is regrettable that more and more beasts sicken daily. He is trying to minimize killing the life forms here on the Island of Dawn, but unavoidable sacrifices must be made to further our understanding.
