After you cross the Black Canyon Bridge, taking you from the Howling Plateau into the Black Canyon Mines zone, your quest log updates:

Find Khasim Outpost

To the northwest, there is a Lost Caravan. You may also encounter elite bosses such as Beyatt, The Elusive One. Killing this unique boss gives you an achievement:

Never Seen That Before
Kill one of the following unique enemies:

Note that it is not guaranteed that Beyatt will appear here, although this area is the only zone this boss can possibly spawn in. But if you don't find Beyatt, just continue with your adventures and you are bound to run into another monster from that list. You only need to kill one of the monsters from the above list to unlock the "Never Seen That Before" achievement.

Keep exploring the area north of the Black Canyon Bridge. Additional monsters you will run into in this area include Fallen Overseers, Fallen Hounds, Sand Wasps, Dune Stingers, Dune Threshers, and other Demons and Beasts.

Cross into the Stinging Winds area, to the northeast and scout the area.  Look for Cain's Last Satchel on the ground, which contains a green story/lore item, about Belial, the Lord of Lies. This entry is added to your journal.

There are also several dungeons and events in the area, including Sirocco Caverns, Tunnels of the Rockworm, Deserted Cellars,  Blood Cellar, The Ruins, Chamber of the Lost Idol (The Idol of Rygnar), The Crumbling Vault and the Restless Sands. We will go over these dungeons and side quests in the next parts of the Walkthrough.
