Game of Thrones Walkthrough Part 34 – Alester – The Crown's Dogs, Part 1

Objective: “Go an inquire about the queen's decision.”

Look at the tapestry in front of you to find a “Westeros Archive” and a Seal of Knowledge. This archive contains the codex entry for “House Lannister.” After that, simply walk toward the Throne Room to meet again with Valarr and Cersei. Be sure to also talk with Garrison as he will affirm his promise. Now turn to the North and head out the front doors to King's Landing.

King's Landing
Start making your way over to the West, toward the Market. Just past it to the South is where you will find the “Bloodseekers”, Valarr's private force. Talk with Yohn to star the next part of the task. Here, you can choose to heckle or just acknowledge the task at hand. Later in the conversation, one of the lieutenants mentions the place is full of apprentices. Valarr wants to just slaughter everyone to stop word from spreading about what is going to happen. Alester can side with or against him.

Objective: “Your only lead to find the Mother Hen is young Harry. His master, Jaremy, will know where to find him.”
Head through the gate to the South and into the Pottery Shop. Just in front of you are a pair of Smiths, talk with the smith on the left. Jaremy will welcome them warmly. Alester, given the chance will concoct a story while Valarr will want to just press the matter to the fullest. This is case in both choices. Valarr will take over if you chose Alester's side both times after the second and choosing Alester's a third will, bloodlessly, get you that Harry Waters is inside.

Turn around and head into the building behind you. Once inside, you will be facing down 4 of the Mother Hen's men. 2 are in Medium Armor and the rest in Light. Just take out the ones in melee with you first and ignore the second 2 that are firing arrows for now. They will go down soon enough. After the melee, take down the archers and it will be time to talk some with Harry Waters. Of course, he immediately runs away after the fight. Weymer tells Harry to run back to the Hen House. Time to give chase.

The run does not start until Alester enters the building so, if you are determined to pull this off, save now. Be sure to also loot the bodies. Head through the shop and immediately turn left down the alley with the tree. After that, hang under the overhang with the pillars. Here, he will topple firsta pile of 2 barrles, which can be dodged but then he throws down 3 which need to be evaded. Head over to the left then immediately go around the stall and turn right as soon as you can.

Follow Harry up the first set of stairs here. Keep on them to the top, weaving around the people there. Follow him over to the right and down the stairs through a few more pairs of people. At the bottom of the stairs, he runs into a large group that wait for Alester to arrive then split up. Harry runs off to the right. Follow them through the alleys of the streets, going to the left, then right, passing through another large group of people.

Just after that group, he will run through a gate. Keep going straight and take the first left to get to a door. Quickly open it and head straight through it. You are nearly there, just another set of alleys to navigate.

Go down the first alley to the left, then make 2 rights and finally turn left. When you manage to run him down, he will be guarded by 3 soldiers. Defeat them, as most are wearing Medium Armor. It is fairly easy to take them down. For running down the apprentice you will reiceve the Trait, Nimble - “You caught the young man on the run during a chase in King's Landing” - Deflection +1%.
