Game of Thrones Walkthrough Part 99 – Alester and Mors – Light and Shadow, Part 2

Objective: “According to Falena, Varys has taken Harwyn somewhere in the rich quarter of King's Landing. You must find him.”
Approach Varys and Harwyn to learn of the plan that has come into being while you traveled there. He has spread rumors that you will be meeting the Queen and a young child. He will tell you that you need Valryian Steel to beat the creatures that Valarr can summon.

Objective: “Without a weapon made of Valyrian steel, you will powerless against Valarr's shadows. You must find one in town before confronting him.”
There is apparently a single person in the immediate area that has such a weapon, Celement Buckler. He is far from the giving type and not exactly the best person to be around. Head back toward the Market Square but step off toward the Southwest. He stands in a doorway just a little off from the square. Ask nicely or be direct, the answer is no and he will only part with it in death.

Celement Buckler
He fights with a 2-handed blade that can easily hit everyone around him. He is an Elite Boss in Heavy Armor with a lot of health. Use your abilities to keep him stunned or otherwise incapable of using his abilities. He has at least one potion he will use: a vial of sourleaf oil. Still, just keep him occupied or down and this fight will go very quickly. Celement needs to be taken down completely so do not hold back in the least.

Objective: “Now you have something to use when confronting Valarr. Go back to Varys to proceed with your plan.”
The weapon is a 2-handed Valyrian steel claymore. It does an impressive amount of damage as well. If you use 2-handed weapons, there is nothing more to worry about. If this is not the case, then you just need to talk with Varys. He will offer to get it reforged using a contact of his at the Blacksmith. Doing this, you can change it into any type of weapon you would prefer to use.

After that, Varys will ask what to do with the child. Alester needs to make a choice. Whatever he chooses, Varys will bring the child to the Throne Room when he is needed.

Objective: “There is a passage linking the cellars of King's Landing with Maegor's tunnels, through which you can infiltrate the Red Keep. Go to the Sewers to use it.”
The closest entrance is to the North, by Lord Harlton's estate here. Head west then make your way to the North, up the stairs to the Noble district. As you reach the Noble district there is a chance you will run into another Lannister Archer. There is another patrol, but it is less likely to encounter them. Head into the sewers and it is time to work on getting into the Red Keep once again.
