Game of Thrones Walkthrough Part 101 – Alester and Mors – Light and Shadow, Part 4
Objective: “The throne room isn't much further. Pick your way through the maze of Maegor's Holdfast.”
After Varys has opened the next passage Orys or Axe will leave your group. He explains that some of Valarr's men have found their way into the secret passage of the old king's keep. Head around the corner and throw the switch to the left of the door. Head through the door and immediately turn to the left. The third barrel in has a Seal of Knowledge and a Westeros Archive. This one adds the codex entry, “Wildfire.”
head South out of the room you start in. In the room beyond you will find some Pyromancers waiting for you. This pair insist that you surrender to them so you may be brought to the King's Justice and tried fairly. It does not matter who speaks as it does not end well. Stevron runs away with Petyr comes at you. He is an Elite Boss in Medium Armor. He is backed up by 4 Lannister Guards. 2 of those number, both in Medium Armor are Bosses. Petyr can use many of the same fire abilities that Alester can plus he is not very combustible. Kill the Pyromancer first then focus on the rest of the Red Cloak Guards. The remaining 2 are Archers in Light Armor. If you take long enough in the fight, then Stevron will send in more Archers to aid those already in combat. These are in Light Armor but only an additional pair.
After all the fighting, head for the door to the south. Head on up the stairs to move on forward. Head East from the top of them. Pause when you reach the next set of stairs and look to the South. There is some grating along the floor. There you will find a Seal of Knowledge and a Westeros Archive. This archive adds the “Eddard Stark” codex entry. Continue to the East to reach the Stairwell. Head on up the stairs to the right to the next doorway. Turn to the North and there you will find the Pyromancer who ran, with a number of Bloodseekers defending him.
There are 4 Bloodseekers, all in Light Armor. 2 of them are Archers while the others charge into melee with swords. The surviving Pyromancer, Stevron, is only in Medium Armor and not a boss. This makes this fight a bit easier outside of the fact it is 5 on 2. Just use good area attacks and kill the Pyromancer fight. Follow him up with the Archers and any annoying attackers. The sooner they are all dead, the better. Be sure to also loot the Pyromancer's body. He has a letter of interest as well as the “Master Pyromancer's Ring
Objective: “Nothing more stands in your way. Go to the throne room where your fight with Valarr awaits.”
Head to the East and go up the stairs there. Follow them to the top and turn left there. Head into the room there and you are nearly there. Head to the Southern end of the room. There is a torch there that, if not previously looked at with the Vision of R'hllor will reveal the passage to the Throne Room.
