Have Robin walk up the blue path to the overhang above the theater's entrance. Clear out the items on the overhang then grapple onto the bottom of the award's hanging. It will rise slowly with Robin on it. Jump over to the left and shimmy along a the bar, then hop up onto the ledge it is attached to then the ledge above. Look to the right and you will see some Blue shiny pieces that can be moved around with the Magnet Suit. Move over to the left where you can get at the blue blocks. Hold the prompted button until it all lines up and Robin can walk on it.
Take it over to the other side. Beat up the 2 henchmen there. Now use the Magnet Suit on the Blue Block on the right-hand side of the building. It will drop the winch platform and dispense a number of pieces by Robin's Helicopter. That is the second of three parts needed to get it to fly again.
Switch to Batman and have him reassemble another portion of the Helicopter. Be sure Batman is in the Power Suit then have him get onto the Winch Platform to get up to where Robin is. Once there, head over to the Grating with the orange handle on it. Use the Power suit to pull it away by tapping the button from the wall then Robin's Magnet Suit to pull the ladder.
At the top of the ladder, move to the back of the building. There you will see a silver piece that you can explode with the Power Suit. Lock onto it and launch an explosive. It will reveal a blue shiny orb. Switch to Robin and hold the prompted button to pull down that piece of the building. Do it again on the blue shiny block above to reveal a grappling point for you. Jump up quickly onto the ledge and head over to the left to take out the henchmen there. Head to the left-hand edge and destroy the spot light there with Batman's Power Suit. Use the remains to build a Zip Line for Batman and Robin's use.
On the other side, use the Power Suit to destroy the silver Spot Light there. After that, use either to target the grappling point above you. Head over to the right to encounter some of the villain's henchmen. Just head to the right and take out the 5 henchmen along the way.
At the opposite end you will find a Blue shiny block. Use the Magnet suit to pull it out and create the pathway to the right by revealing a grappling point. Use Batman to climb up to the next ledge and his power suit to pull on the orange handle there. It will reveal the final pieces of the helicopter. Be sure to also run around the tower you are on to find another collectible. The pieces will fall to ground. Have the duo jump down and one of them get over to the helicopter to attach the final pieces. Hop into the Helicopter for round 2 and it is off to a better start than before.
