The Scarecrow
He has 9 hearts instead of the usual 4 and fights quite differently from the others. This is a very different fight just because of how the Scarecrow works. He will start by unleahses some minions on you after throwing in some of his fear gas. This starts to play with the angle that you see things at. Just keep ready for the fight to begin. There are only a few minions thankfully for the first part. Once they are down, then the Scarecrow will jump down and come at the Duo. He is many times his own size so focus on just hitting him a few times. Once he has lost 3 hearts, he will jump back behind his barrier and throw a second capsule with Fear Gas into the arena.
The second part plays much like the first. He has some minions attack then he will step into the arena. The good news is he seems very vulnerable like a regular person here. Just pound on him for another 3 hearts to finish up the second part of the fight.
The third part starts the same as the other 2, Scarecrow throws another capsule and releases more inmates on you. There are 12 inmates in this wave, a solid fight. After they are all gone, you will notice 2 sets of jumping pieces on the left and right-hand sides of the arena. Assemble them for valves. Have one of the duo go over to the valve and spin it. It will lower a handle bar for the other to grab. Do just that then have the first one spin the valve again to raise the Handlebar. Have the one on the handlebar jump onto the ledge above it. Go along the ledge to find a switch that will activate a fan. This will get clean air into the arena and blow away the Scarecrow's concoction. Be sure to activate the fans enough time to clear away all the pale green from the area. Once it is all gone then the Scarecrow will jump down and come at the Dynamic Duo. Attack him to finish out this battle. Follow Scarecrow when he runs up the stairs to deliver the final blow. That will finish out the chapter!
