Dragon Age Origins Walkthrough Part 34 -  Ozammar Sidequests: The Commons, Part 1

An Unlikely Scholar
Danga will call over to the Warden's party as they pass her in Ozammar. She asks the Warden if they have heard of something called “The Circle”. Note if Wynne is in your party she can handle some of the talking by choosing the option “My companion here is a senior enchanter for the Circle”. From here she will want to know something about the Circle and is curious about the studies relating to Dwarves and their inability to perform magic. She wants to go and study the forces of magic and in exchange pass on the knowledge of lyrium smithing directly to the magi themselves. She will ask you to carry the message directly to the Circle of Magi themselves in the Tower.

Head back to the Circle Tower and speak with First Enchanter Irving, or whoever is in charge of the Circle at this point. Tell them that Danga, of Ozammar, wishes to study magic. Tell him what you wish him to know: that she is interested in magical theory, she understands she cannot cast spells and is more than willing to share knowledge for this. Irving is willing to accept, as whoever is in charge is likely to like the idea itself. After that, head back to Ozammar and tell her the good news. She is found along the Northeastern edge of the inner circle now next to Janar Armorers. The only important thing to do here is NOT mention it to her Father inside the Armorers. He will kick you out of the store and never let you in again.

A Lost Nug
Opposite Danga you will find Nug Wrangler Boermor. Talk with him to find out that he needs a Nug to restart his business. He just needs one to get things go.

There are thankfully a number of Nugs that can be found throughout Ozammar. Walk around and look for something small and pink that squeaks when you approach.
1 – South of Boermor, the Nug Wrangler. It is to the West of the Entrance to the Deep Roads.
2 – Head North of the Nug Wrangler. It is to the East of Figor's Imports.
3 – Head down the bridge toward the Proving. You will find the Nug on the left-hand side during your approach on the second half of the bridge.
4 – On the Eastern side of the commons – Head over to Filda, who is just a little South of Janar Armorers and head over to the East from her. You will find a small opening between the buildings. The Nug is along the Northern edge of this small area above the fountain.
5 – Head down to the Southern edge of the Eastern portion of the Commons. To the right of Brother Burkel and the Lava Fountain you will find this Nug.

With all these Nug's collected, head back to Boermor for 12 silver and 25 experience for each of the Nugs.
