At the entrance of the Temple you will find Karn waiting outside, as he usually does. Approach and talk with him to get the next part of the main quest and Shaman's Craft Side Quest (and Lost and Found 3 from the Death Rides DLC for the Journeyman Compass). The Carven Stone comes from Construct Sentinels that are inside the Lost Temple. Finally, the Temple itself: that Karn only went in once to “Tip a Construct” and it felt like Muria had been waiting him the whole while.
After all that, head behind Karn. There is a chest to the West of him around a wall. Grab it for some quick good loot. Now go for the door that Dust perches beside and go inside the temple itself. Not long after Death gets inside is he beset by 4 Prowlers. After the fight turn to the South and search along the outside of the stairs there to find a chest. After that, climb up the stairs and head through the door to the West.
Start by turning to the South and activating the Golem that is sitting in a pile there. Roll up to the Corruption Crystal and smash through them with your main attack. Just park the golem in the Ball Socket on the opposite end of the room. Open the door ahead of you and move on.
In the courtyard, the Great Hall, Death enters a Construct Sentinel stands a vigil. It will summon up 2 Tainted Construct Warriors and, given the chance Adjuncts later. The Sentinel is only vulnerable after Death has taken down its other warriors. Then it will lower its shield to restore them. Death must close any distance in this short while and tear into the Sentinel. Of course the Sentinel will not just watch the fight. It tries to position itself over Death and unleash a beam of energy to tear the Nephilim apart. Death can either jump and attack the construct or just fire Redemption at it. This is a surprisingly effective tactic.
After the battle is done then Death will receive the Carven Stone he needs to finish the talisman that Muria offered him. You can fast travel back to town to collect it (and it is recommended as the Grim Talisman collects Reaper Energy with every attack). Before running off to town, explore things around the Eastern Door. If you have not already, smash the crates and barrels there to collect another of the Boatman's Coins. After that, head for the Northern most area of the room and climb the post that was revealed after the last fight. Shuffle along the planks to the right from there and drop to the ground. Just head through the corridor to the North and through the door there. All you can do is ignore the Corruption Crystals and the chest they hide for now.
In the Northern room turn to the West and get to the planks on the Western wall. Climb up and Wall Run over to the other side. Quickly take out the Tainted Construct Warrior and Adjunct that appear there (saving some time later). Now jump into the water below. Head over to the Southwest corner of the room through the aquatic tunnel there. On the other side you will find a chest with some loot inside it. Now head back to the room you were just in. Search around the base of the underwater bridge on the Western side to find another Boatman's coin. Now head all the way over to the West to find a slope that leads out of the pool. Climb up the slope and Wall Run to make it back to the hand holds you need to reach the Northern part of the room again. This time turn to the North and activate the Golem there. Roll a bit to the East and smash the Corruption Crystals there to reveal a lever. Dismount from the Golem and head over to the Eastern Wall. Wall Run across after climbing the vines and throw the lever to raise the bridge from the depths of the pool. Hop back onto the Golem and turn to the South.
