Transformers: Fall Of Cybertron Walkthrough Part 24: The Final Countdown Part 1

You'll have to hit the ground running in this mission, so to speak. When Megatron lands from the dropship attack, transform him into his vehicle form, a giant tank. Boost through the flaming wreckage ahead and into the base, where you will find a Teletraan 1 store. Transform back into your robot form and access the store. Since you still have the Riot Cannon, you might want to finish upgrading it if you haven't already. Otherwise, upgrade or purchase whatever you need, and back out of the shop.

Head down the hall and out the door to the left. This will lead you onto a battlefield with a large group of Autobot vehicle enemies. Transform into your tank form, which has much higher armor stats and explosive rounds. Blast the vehicles as they try to skirt around you. They should each fall to around one hit from your tank guns. Head up the ramp on the other side and transform into your robot form. Waste the enemies hiding in cover on the other side of the hall with your Riot Cannon and head down towards the door. As you approach, two more enemies will run through. Take them both out with melee attacks, since you're already so close to them, and proceed through the door.

You'll find health and ammo to the left and right, respectively. Grab them and head down the ramp ahead. Turn the corner and smash the crate to the left for money. Run out onto the battlefield below and transform into the tank. From here on out, it's more efficient to just use the tank and its powerful explosives to tear your way through this level. Blast the enemies on the catwalks ahead, and head up the small ramp on the right side of the ravine to find an audio log. Head back towards the center of the area and blast the enemies hiding out in the small base by the door with the waypoint marker on it. Following that, the door will open for one more enemy to rush out. Finish him off without a second thought and make your way through the base ahead. When you reach the top floor, you will find a number of allies preparing for an assault and mending their wounded.

After a short cutscene, a door will open and allow you to proceed ahead. Drop down onto the battlefield below and take out the several soldiers waiting to meet you there. Proceed across the bridge to the left side of the battlefield. On this side you will find several Marauders waiting for you. Circle strafe them and use the rolling hills and peaks of the landscape to evade the heavy fire of the Marauders, all the while pelting them with heavy weaponry.

With the Marauders in a better place, refill your primary ammo, take out the smaller enemies in the upper and left-hand bases, and proceed into the honeycomb-like face of the building ahead. Transform to your robot form and blast the two enemies as they run down from the ledge above and to the right. With them gone, hover up to the next level and proceed around the corner to the left. Note that to the right is a store if you need anything..

When you reach the next battlefield, try to pick off as many enemies as possible from your perch above the action before dropping down into the fray. It might be hard to hit them with a weapon as slow as the Riot Cannon, but give it your best shot and then drop down in tank form to mop up the rest of the survivors. When all of the enemies are finished off, head over the bridge. Three more enemies will rush you. Take them out with a quick trifecta of tank blasts, all while backpedaling a little. Three more vehicle enemies will rush you afterwards, and it'll be good to put a little bit of distance between you and them.

With all of the vehicle enemies gone, Bruticus will drop down from the dropship overhead and smash a path for you. Let him open up the large door on the left side of the arena. When the path is open, rush through the door and refill your ammo, health and items. Head down the left-hand hallway and through the automatic door ahead. Two enemies will try to get the jump on you on the other side, but they can be dealt with easily. A little bit tougher are the rocket troopers waiting for you in the open arena on the other side. Take them out first, and then focus on the bad guys on the groud. Pick up the various crates of currency and ammo while you're at it. You can find them hidden inside the various bombed out buildings that dot the landscape near where you dropped down.
 
Proceed towards your waypoint, using your hover ability to scale the large building in the center of the area. Clear out any enemies you find as you go. On the second floor, use your hover inside underneath the gaping hole in the ceiling to reach the third floor. You will find three enemies waiting immediately in front of the hole. Use your Riot Cannon to blast them to pieces and hover up to the next level. Run through the doorway here and transform into the tank. Boost down the bridge, blast the sniper off of the ceiling, and round the corner to the next checkpoint.
