Head over to the Zipline that is nearby. Take it on down and search the room. You will find the Mk. 60, something that is a Stealth player's good friend. Use your Visor to scan the train that is nearby. It will find the Upgrade Module that is sitting in there. Grab it and add it to your collection. Now go for the Mk. 60, especially for Stealth based play, and add it in as your secondary weapon. This is very helpful for dealing with Stalkers who are not something you can always slip by.
Head on outside and go over to the ledge. Use this to get an overview of what you will find in the area below. It shows a lot of tall grass and a large number of Stalkers in that grass as well. Take some time to mark them, or try, as something begins to mess with the Nanovisor. Time to for another optional objective to be done. There is a Jamming Tower that is causing this extra bit of grief.
Head at a diagonal angle over toward the secondary objective marker. Now take a little time to get solid bearings as to where you will want to go for this part. Once you have your bearings then hop down into the grass and make a bee line toward the tower. It is not too hard to make it on through to the Tower itself. Jump over anything that tries to stop you and using Armor Mode to avoid getting torn apart by the Stalkers. You will always hear a noise when they are about to attack which makes it very simple to avoid any ambushing they might do. Now just make for the marked panel. It only takes a little effort to get there and interact with the panel. This will stop the jamming and let you see just here you need to go to meet up with Psycho.
Head on over to the marker. You will find Psycho holed up with a AGL and a L-TAG (if you want a grenade launcher). Take some time to collect the L-TAG, its ammo which is nearby, and then you should hack the Turret. This will bring it online and over to your side. Now head for the AGL. Psycho will call CELL Headquarters to bring in the reinforcements for the area. He will bug out after that, understandable. This will bring in a big wave of Stalkers for you to deal with.
The AGL does have limited ammo so accuracy counts for something here. Zoom in on each Stalker you are targeting and then bring them down with a single bullet. The initial rush is easier to manage with the hacked turret. It will disable itself after a given amount of time. Do not leave the AGL, instead just keep firing. If one of the Stalkers manages to get close just activate Armor Mode and fire at its feet. It will get blown apart without much ado. It is very messy but simple and effective. If you can spot some of the barrels in the area, shoot them. They will quickly kill something that is nearby.
At the end of the fight, Psycho will be making a call to Headquarters. Once he is done talking it is time to move on. Just keep on his path and you will be headed the right direction.
