Head up the stairs and take a moment to loot all the corpses laying around. This will yield health, Salts, ammo and some Silver Eagles. With all that in hand head through the doors and immediately run for cover. You have Founders in here attacking Booker as he enters in addition to a Rocket Automaton that is very determined to explode you. Immediately move to possess the Automaton. It has a great chance of nearly wiping out all the Founders while getting mostly destroyed in the process. In the case it lives through the Founders' assault you only need to shoot it a few times or possess it a second time and run up the stairs behind it.
Before leaving this room be sure to take some time to loot the bodies. Look on the right-hand side of the Fink MFG sign, behind where the automaton was. Here you will find a Lockpick Kit with 2 picks inside it. Now head inside the double doors and go over to the right. There you will see a dolly. Investigate it to find a Gear Box. Now head over to the left and up the stairs toward the elevator. Be sure to grab the Locksmith Bag by the elevator door as it has 3 more picks inside it. With those added to your stock then head head into the elevator and hit the button. You will taken up through the Factory itself and you will see just how much Fink has to do with the whole of Columbia.
As you ride up, the elevator will stop and the phone will ring. Answer it to get things moving again. It is Daisy Fitzroy. She makes it clear that you complicate things for her. This means the Vox Populi are added to the enemy list now.
Head on out of the elevator. You will encounter a number of Vox just waiting around. There are at least 4 there so be ready. You should have little trouble dealing with them especially using your vigors. When the Vox are down head behind the sign and look at the desks. Along the left-hand side of those against the sign you will find a safe. Here you will find your first Gold Bar. Be sure to grab it as it is worth 500 Silver Eagles alone. There are a number of coin purses, loose coins and silver bars as well. Grab them all to get well over 1000 Silver Eagles. Look to the right and through the desks. The one on the far right has a Locksmith Bag underneath it. It does not always trigger properly but it is worth 3 Lockpicks. Now turn around and look underneath the design for Songbird. There you will find a Voxophone: Jeremiah Fink “A Child Needs Protector”.
head over to the left through the doors. You will find a number of Vending Machines. You will be getting some serious money soon so keep this room in mind. First though look behind the Dollar Bill Vending Machine against the back wall on the left. You will find another Gear Box you can add into your collection. Upgrade what you favor then head for the doors behind the desks. Look on the floor before going through. In front of the doors leading to Fink's Office you will find a new Vigor: Undertow. Once you have Undertow have Elizabeth pick the lock so let you both into the office.
