Head on forward along the bridge up to the main gate. It is time to use the Killstar for the first time and cut through the gate itself. Just aim for the center of the Omega Symbol on the gate and wait for the boom. After that it is time to simply kill everything that crosses your line of sight.

Things start off easy enough. It is best to use the Killstar in burst to avoid draining too much life in a single usage. The start of the area just has some enemy forces for you to kill. Get underneath the first walkway and you will be facing a lot more in terms of sheer numbers and fire power. You will also get the notice there is a Blood Dragon nearby. Move back some and let the Dragon come to you. You can either free the dragon, going for the brain cage or just kill it. It will take a few life bars but it is worth it to simply see it explode without too much trouble.

After the Blood Dragon you will need to search around the area for the soldiers. Liberal usage of the Cyber-eye makes this task a lot easier in general. Just fight your way through the masses and keep learning how to really use the Killstar.

When the crowd is laying around as a charred heap head for the marker to get farther inside the compound. You need to press on toward Sloan yet. Head through the marked corridor and turn to the right. You will find more Cyber-Soldiers waiting to get killed. Oblige them and let loose with the Killstar. Kill who you need to, which is still most of the soldiers on the way, and make for the next marker over the hill in front of you.

Once over the hill and down to the marker, head into the building. Deal with the few soldiers inside and turn to the left. Head on through the next building and take a right. This will reveal the larger part of the facility. Rex can see a Helicopter taking off. Without too much effort he can shoot it down using the Killstar for a massive explosion. You will also find a mounted machine gun you can use to  level a number of the enemy forces. Still, when you are done dealing with them or just want to move on then head over to the left from the gun and into the building. Turn to the left and look for the ladder going up. Climb up it and grab onto the Zipline. Ride it over to the opposite side and head on through the doorway toward the hangar.

Once inside the hangar fight your way over to the back left-hand side. There you will find a ramp down. Head on down it, killing the Cyber-Soldiers in your way. Just fight your way down and to the right. You will find the next marker without much trouble. You are getting much closer to Sloan now.You will reach a research room where Sloan explains that he is going to bring the world to a state of survive of the fittest. Head on through  the room and up the ramp ion the back. Go through the door at the top of it. Open the door and you will find one massive vehicle: A Battle Dragon. Rex gets to ride and fight on a Battle Dragon.

Wait for the doors to open in front of you and it is time to begin the massive assault on everything around you. Not only do you have the laser gatling gun, the Battle Dragon will use its laser eyes. Just ride the Battle Dragon and kill everything that crosses your path. Toward the sign you will find a large number of things to kill. This includes a number of helicopter and another blood dragon. Just keep going until there is a cutscene. The awesome comes to an end here as Sloan makes his appearance.

The cutscene goes on to show that, at least for now, Rex cannot kill Sloan. He figures out how to override the programming and complete his mission to deal with Sloan. From thre enjoy the rest of the final cutscene and what free play is available. You can go back and complete all the garrison take overs and what secondary missions remain available.
