Dead Island: Riptide Walkthrough Part 46 – Sidequests – Rescue Missions, Part 3

Rescue Alfred
Head to the West from Miya's location in the Flooded Jungle. You will find a short trail leading over to the waterway. Along this path you will find Alfred hiding out on a trailer. There are a number of Walkers around him but nothing worse. Just kill off what you can using the boat, if you can in using the water, or just kill them all with some quick weapon work. Head on up the ladder when Alfred asks you and he will reward you handsomely. Be sure to look inside the trailer he is on for the Weighted Modification that is there. You will find some useful loot as well there.

Henderson
Rescue Carlos
Head into the Flooded Plaza that you will find to the South of the initial base in Henderson. Once there go to the East and weave your way on through the alleyway. Just go to the east, heading past the Showtime sign. Once you pass that, just go around the next corner and you will find Carlos. He is under attack from a number of Walkers and is safe on a raised platform. Take out the Walkers then go to the South. There you will find a ladder that leads right up to the platform Carlos is on.

Rescue Kyle
Head to the South then East from the front entrance of the Old Town Cinema. You will start to hear Kyle calling out. Head over to the plaza immediately South of the Old Town Cinema. You will find a small horde of undead in the area. They are usually clustered around the base of the ladder that Kyle used to get above them. Kill them off and he will invite you up. Talk with him to get your reward.

Rescue Ryan
Head South from the Old Town Cinema to the Church. From there find the path just to South of the Church going East. Make your way down to the end of it and there you will find Ryan. He is in the far Eastern portion with a number of Walkers, Infected and a Thug reaching for him. Take them out and then climb on up to meet Ryan. Talking with him will give you access to the side quest, “On The Edge.”

Rescue Alex
Head over to the West, through the alleyways, to the shore-front area Southeast of the Military Base. It is very simple to get here by going to the bridge that leads to the Military Base and turning South. As you approach you will hear Alex calling for help. He has taken shelter on top of a store. Get over to him and start clearing away the Zombies. It is mostly Walkers with some Infected. When they are all dead go to the Northern side of the store and climb up the boxes to get at him.

Rescue Gianna
Head toward the Sea Market. As you approach it along the shore you will start to hear her calling for help. Keep along the Western side of the passage to the Market and you will have no trouble finding her. There are about 5 Walkers at the base of the ladder. Kill them then climb it to talk with Gianna. She is very grateful for the help.
