Borderlands 2 Tiny Tina's Assault On Dragon's Keep Walkthrough Part 1 – A Role-Playing Game (Part 1)
Use the Fast-travel system to get over to the Unassuming Docks. This is the starting point for the campaign. Tiny Tina is your Bunker Master who is spinning this tale of fantasy. Once on the docks head toward the village. It will go from bright and cheery to a different tone soon enough. Head toward the town to the right by climbing up the gangplank that lowers to give you access to the rest of it. Head around the rock, wait for eternal night to fall and then Skeletons will appear.
Skeletons are a new and unique kind of enemy to this DLC. There are Archers which are your basic artillery shooting at you. Take out this first wave and push on toward the town along the sandbar. A ship will appear from the ether ahead on the left. This one has Archers but also Warriors. Warriors will move in with shields to attack at close range with sword and shield. The shield will reduce the damage so attempt to go in at an angle to avoid taking the damage reduction. Defeat them all and move toward the entrance of town.
As you get to the gate the Handsome Dragon will appear and start circling around. You attacks, like Tina says, do nothing so save your ammo. Lilith makes a good point to Tina and you go from an un-winnable battle to something more reasonable: Mr. Boney-Pants Guy. This is a midget skeleton that will come charging at you with a mace and a few skeletons that are backing him up. Keep some distance from him to avoid the worst of his swings (unless your Krieg then get in there!). He is a fairly easy boss if a little hard to hit because of size. Deal with the skeletons aiding him only if they really get in your way. Take down Mr. Boney-Pants Guy and the path to Flamerock Refuge will be opened.
Head on through the gate and into town. This is “The Hamlet of Swift Passing Through”. Be careful as in this town you will find a number more skeletons. In the higher difficulties you will be facing Armored Skeletons so pull out your corrosive weaponry. Keep by the buildings and work your way along the shore toward the town itself. As you get through the hamlet toward the next of stairs you will encounter the next group of 5 Skeletons. Once again it is a mix of Warriors and Archers. Deal with them and you be able to open the gate to Flamerock Refuge. Travel into the new area.
Welcome to Flamerock Refuge. Head on over to the left and out to the town itself. Cross the bridge and you are there. Ahead on the left you will find a trio of Vending Machines for healing and restocking. After that it is time to talk with the Townsfolk and learn more about what is going on. There one who is marked just by the fountain opposite the Vending Machines. She explains that the Queen has gone missing but she thinks that Eleanor, the Queen's Bodyguard, might know something of where she went. Time to find Eleanor.
Head around the fountain and over toward the building with the sign “Forge”. You will find Ellie, Eleanor the Knight, underneath the overhang. Just give Tina a minute to get her on the board then talk with her. The Queen has gone into the Forest to break the curse and bring light back into the world. Head to the Northeast part of town after that. You need to get into the forest now.
