Skyrim Sidelines- Karthspire Camp (Part 1)

Karthspire is a cave-ruins dungeon located in Southwestern Skyrim, near the Southern edge of The Reach, the hold dominated by the city of Markath.  While Karthspire itself is simply your access route to the Sky Temple (part of the main quest line), its outlying camp is occupied primarily by the Forsworn, the forgotten locals who claim to have been present before the Nords and rebelled against the impending rulership of the Empire.

You'll likely find yourself traversing the camp twice- once to reach the Sky Temple, and once to pass through towards Red Eagle's Ascent so that you can deal with that particular undead threat.  The camp is best approached from the South.  By following the main local river to where it diverges, you can locate a pair of bridges that cross to the North and end on the delta there, where the road somewhat dissolves from cobbles to a rough guess at slightly less snowy ground.

Follow the river North along its bank and you will find a camp composed primarily of bridges and ruins, lying half-in and half-beside the river itself.  This is Karthspire Camp.  Karthspire Camp is patrolled regularly by the Forsworn, who have a number of members out and about at literally all times.  In particular, you will find one archer and one melee combatant wandering around the camp, as the others all have smaller areas that they tend to stay in unless the camp is under attack.

The initial platform is where you're most likely to face the two patrollers, who will advance on you while alerting the other Forsworn to your presence.  In addition to some random objects (a drum and a woven basket, for instance), you can also pick up a little food from the barrel and sack here, a handful of jazbay grapes, and the contents of a mostly-empty apothecary's satchel.  From here, turn to the West bridge and cross to its far end.
