Assassin's Creed 4 – Jackdaw Upgrades

Assassin's Creed 4 – Jackdaw Upgrades

The Jackdaw can be upgraded at any time from the Captain's Cabin or by visiting a harbor master. This will take the Jackdaw from its more frail starting state into the full warship it can be. Many upgrades require not only money but a cargo investment as well. Remember, any time the ship is upgraded, it will be fully repaired!

Each set of upgrades it broken up by its grade (Standard, Small, Intermediate, Reinforced,  Advanced, Ultimate and  Elite). Not all weapons and capacities have every step in this progression. For any Elite upgrades, you will need to find the blueprints either in a specific shipwreck or in specific chests scattered throughout the area. Listed next to the grade is the cost of the upgrade in terms of money (reales) and cargo.

If you plan to take on the Legendary ships, be sure that the Jackdaw is fully upgraded.
