Now, if you’ve been playing for some time, you’ve probably gotten into a bind one time or another due to money, or lack thereof. But that’s exactly why we prepared yet another set of Star Wars: Uprising tips and tricks, so we could discuss with you some ways for you to earn more credits and chromium.
Just as we told you in our general tips and tricks, you should switch to a higher difficulty mode once the option becomes available. Sure, you’ll be dealing with larger waves of enemies who can deal more damage and take more of it due to increased health points. But the rewards you will receive will multiply – completing missions could earn you a whole lot of credits, as well as better gear that could be sold for a nice sum of money, if not used.
You can send individual crew members out on missions, and that could be a great way for you to earn extra credits. But before you deploy crew members, make sure you’ve checked their skills first. One crew member may be better suited for a mission than another, which makes it important to double-check before deploying. There is a risk, though, to sending crew members out on missions – you could lose one, or some of them if the mission has a low success rate. Always check to see that you’re sending the right people off to missions to ensure a higher success rate.
Some non-playable characters (NPCs) could allow you to unlock Opportunities. That’s what the game calls side quests, and they disappear the moment you’ve done what needs to be done. Furthermore, they’re only available for a limited period of time, giving new meaning to the old saying “opportunity knocks only once.” However, the good thing about Opportunities is that they could earn you some Chromium, which is the game’s premium currency.
While you cannot repeat Opportunities, there are other side missions that can be repeated. Yes, it is possible to do some grinding in Star Wars: Uprising, and it’s best done on those side missions. Repeating them could get you some valuable gear, and aside from the gear and other rewards, you can earn credits this way quite easily.
