Basically, it is recommended for players to have 60-70% of health before doing the test. Testing fluid can result to immunity upon igniting it with yourself especially if this can cause damage. There are some fluids that can give you extra ability such as catapults or telekinetic that will move your clone a few feet from your current location. Fluids can serve as your additional ability by adopting it through your DNA and with this you can do lots of things in game.
Fluids gives you additional skills such as jumping off ledges. As we explained above, fluids can push you off ledges. In game you will encounter areas that will allow you to jump off the ledge to the next area and for you to bypass it, you need a new fluid such as teleporter. To confirm this action just simply click off the land in the open air and there will an automatic pop-up asking you if you want to jump together with a warning that doing this will cost you 30 health. Prefer increasing your health. Since the game observes no defense stats, the only thing that will let you survive longer is having a good amount of health. The game uses four stats such as Health, Strength, Fate and Wits. Basically strength will determines how strong your attacks are. Wits stands as your evasion that will let you dodge enemy attacks. Fate works with evasion and critical rate and Health definitely corresponds with your hit points. Because there is no such stat as defense, all damage that you can take from the entire game is fixed despite of your level. Regarding with your stats, aside from health you can should consider having good enough damage as this works as your offense is the best defense since you don’t have defense at all.
Watch out for eyes. Just like what we mentioned, you will encounter different areas without knowing what lies on it. In this case you can also consider the glowing red eye in the fog. In game you will encounter different eyes that signifies element in game. Be aware with turrets. Unlike with monsters, they are not showing in the beginning of your exploration until you reach further levels in the planet. They are totally dangerous having a decent hit rate and range. It possible for you to pass by turrets, just go or you can use fluids to go through with beyond their range. Basically tough areas are armed with turret so ensure you will include them to your strategy.
Some doors are needed to unlocked. Though you will encounter area that are free for you to explore there are some doors that can be unlock only using keycards. You will see these metallic door with an alien symbol bound on it. For you to activate these doors, you should first find the corresponding keycard on it. Don’t worry because every keycard is available to find on the same level you are stepping with so you don’t need to go looking in further stages. Once you already got the keycard, you can instantly walk to the door and tap it and it will open for you. Definite locked doors are very worthy to open as you are able to get loot or fighting tough enemies.
Don’t forget that you can always change your direction even you are in a mid-walk. Meaning to say if you sent your clone for a long walk and it happens that you’ve change your mind in the middle of your command, you can simply tap a new destination for her/his to travel.
Compare to other games, Shattered Planet observes inventory that has limit. But actually you can do a trick in this part. Once you notice that your inventory is already full, you can drop your item first that is not usable and then collect that items you wish to use and then after than you can bring back the dropped items to your inventory. Preferably you can do it with healing items for anytime consumption. The good thing in this game is that when you throw an item, still it will not lost and you can collect it again.
