Heroes of Atlan Guide: Attributes and Stats
Thanks to the official developer of Heroes of Atlan for explain how attributes and stats work to share it to our members here that are actively playing the game. We already shared Spirit guides as well as crafting and tempering explanation and now to complete the guide here’s how everything works. We never thought that the game has this complicated system for attributes and stats that made the really fun and exciting to play.
Attributes
Basic attributes are the stats that affect your Hero’s performance in combat. From how much damage they
deal, to how much damage they take, these stats govern your Hero’s performance.
Atk (Attack): Increases the amount of physical damage you deal with basic physical attacks.
Def (Defense): Reduces the amount of physical damage you receive from basic physical attacks.
Sp.Atk (Special Attack): Increases the damage you deal when utilizing your “Battle Rage” skill.
Sp.Def (Special Defense): Reduces the damage taken from enemy “Battle Rage” skills.
M.Atk (Magical Attack): Increases the amount of magical damage dealt you deal with basic magical attacks.
M.Def (Magical Defense): Reduces the amount of magical damage you receive from basic magical attacks.
Dodge (Dodge Rating): Increases your chances of dodging any attacks done to you.
Hit: (Hit Rating): Increases your chances of landing a successful attack on an enemy.
Block: (Block Rating): Increases your chances of blocking basic and special attacks.
Blk.Pn (Block Penetration): Increases your chances of bypassing an enemy’s block.
Critical (Critical Strike Rating): Increases your chances of landing a critical strike.
Crt.Blk (Critical Block): Increases your chances of blocking an opponent’s critical strike.
Crt.Atk (Critical Attack): Increases the damage you deal with critical strikes.
Crt.Def (Critical Defense): Reduces the damage you receive from critical strikes.
Initiative (Initiative Rating): Increases the chances of you acting before an enemy does.
Buildings & Structures
You will visit many places during your journeys, but there are places that you can call home! When
you are in Town, you will be able to visit several different structures that will undoubtedly shape the
outcome of your journey. Be sure to learn what they do, so you can take advantage of their benefits!
Shop (Lv 1): Every Hero needs to be well equipped! Stock up on supplies here before heading out!
Pub (Lv 2): Heroes gather here from near and far. If you are famous enough, they may even join you!
Arena (Lv 6): A coliseum where Heroes battle one another for Gold, Fame, and other prizes!
Shrine (Lv 12): The Spirits call out to you! You can Summon them here and utilize their strength!
Academy (Lv 16): A training grounds for Heroes to home their skills and gain valuable Exp.
Dock (Lv 17): Your boarding area for your Airship! Explore the world, or undertake a Convoy!
Palace (Lv 20): The records of your heroism is recorded here. See what they have to offer you!
Casino (Lv 30): A mysterious building that’s loaded with goodies! You might find it if you’re in luck!
Guild (Lv 31): Assist your Guild in defeating epic bosses or battle against other Guilds!
Abyss (Lv 40): An erupted volcano filled with perilous beasts guarding powerful treasures.
Skill Effects
Ever wondered what your Heroes did when they performed their Battle Rage attack? Well wonder no
further, because we’re letting you know about everything that they do!
Stat Bonus
These stat bonuses will affect your Hero once the Battle Rage is activated. The duration that they last
marked by a (1R) or (2R). The meaning for this is that (1R) skills will last one round, (2R) skills will last
two rounds. Bonus Damage skills only last for that turn, unless your Hero is Enraged.
Bonus Damage: Raises your Sp.Atk for your Battle Rage attack.
Raise Dodge: Raises your Dodge stat for a certain duration.
Raise Block: Raises your Block stat for a certain duration.
Raise Critical: Raises your Critical stat for a certain duration.
Raise Def: Raises your Def stat for a certain duration.
Raise Hit: Raises your Hit stat for a certain duration.
Group Skill
These skills will apply to your entire party, or the enemy party, making them very useful in combat. Some of
these will have durations attached to them, allowing your team to have an even greater advantage!
Heal (Allies): Restores a percentage of your party’s HP.
Atk (Allies): Raises the Atk stat of your party members.
Lower Def (Enemy): Lowers your enemy’s Def stat
Group Damage
These skills will attack multiple foes at once, making them incredibly potent when they are attacking. Expert
positioning will allow your party to decimate multiple Heroes at once, so plan accordingly when fighting!
Damage (All): Deals damage to every enemy.
Damage (X): Deals damage to enemies in an X formation.
Damage (Cross): Deals damage to enemies in an + formation.
Damage (Column): Deals damage to enemies in a vertical formation.
Damage (Row): Deals damage to enemies in a horizontal formation.
Damage (Rear): Deals damage to enemies in the last line of a formation.
Status Effects
Skills that affect an enemy’s status can greatly aid your party in temporarily removing an enemy Hero from
combat temporarily, or completely cripple them for the oncoming turns. Likewise, they may also offer your
Heroes the opportunity to turn the tide of a losing battle into your favor!
Sleep: Puts your enemy to sleep, making them unable to act.
Exhaust: Lower your enemy’s Rage.
Stun: Stun your enemy, making them unable to act.
Poison: Deals damage over the course of the next few rounds.
Empowered: After your Battle Rage, your Rage lowers down to a specified amount, instead of going to 0.
Pacify: Prevents your enemies from Enraging.
Enrage: Causes your next attacks to deal damage comparable to your Battle Rage.
