Definitely you can’t make it without getting a damage from your HP so I believe you are thinking about how can you regenerate from taking damage. Actually in game you don’t have a typical health gauge but only you will see John’s face on the bottom of the screen that will correspond on your situation. The bloodier it looks the heavier damage he has. Without using any John Mad Run cheats, you can regenerate your HP by running through heart icon in game.
Yes there is a secret weapons in game and you can unlock this by just connecting your game on Facebook and liking HappyMagenta (game developer) on social network that will let you unlock the Laser B.A.86 and the Shashka sword which is really worthy in game. Of course everyone loves free but unfortunately right now, the game experiences glitches of telling us that we need to verify our Facebook accounts though we already logged in with the game and social network. Well maybe this is somehow bug or glitches.
You can also unlock the Laser upon reaching 3,000 coins and using them to purchase the gun and also upgrading John’s shotgun by spending 1,000 coins.
