1. In game you have four resources that you need to grow abundantly so it can supply your needs such as ore, food, stone and wood. These corresponds with your resource buildings such as lumber yard for wood, farm for food, mine for ore and stone for quarry. Upon these resource-based building there are storage that you need to upgrade in order for you to raise the number of supplies it can hold at the same time. As these storage reach their limit, you are not able to generate resources anymore.
2. As we mentioned the resources, knowing them all will give you an advancement on how can you flourish your kingdom with supplies. So as you start playing, do not focus on upgrading your defense as well as your offense but put all the pressure with your resources. You must upgrade everything that affect the regeneration of your resources. Although at first you might don’t need to upgrade storage yet as you are busy playing the beginning phase of the game so we can ensure that you are online and can collect your resources frequently but as you make progress in game and most of the time occurs on waiting for number of hours or even days, you can’t afford to check the game from time to time unless you are really addicted to it. From that time, you must already have upgraded storage so it can hold lots of resources.
3. As a beginner, most of the time they don’t know what to do as they don’t have much clue or pattern to follow. Actually this is what makes this game so fun to play because everything will be based on your strategy and how you build up your kingdom bringing more variation from one player to another. But we consider those beginners, especially for first time players of MMORTS based game. From here we recommend to just follow completing quests. In Ragnarok Ash Vacuum you have normal quests, daily quests, Colosseum quests and dungeon quests. Normal quests will let you progress with your storyline in game. Daily quests are limited task that change from day to day, dungeon and Colosseum quests are special features of the game that you will unlock later on. All types of quests will reward you at completion.
4. Build your guild and get guild members as earlier as possible. This will let you assign troops to them through different camps. This is perfect for getting experience for your new characters as you can look around from the map for an abandoned camp. In game you will see camps that don’t have defenses or no progress at all but still their are continuous in producing resources, from here you can attack that abandoned camp and ransack all their resources. This is another way of getting lots of resources for your upgrades. If you like this kind of strategy, you should focus on upgrading your storage so you can hold tons of resources at the same time.
5. Do research as often as possible. As long as you have resources, don’t forget to do research that will improve your overall performance in game. Keep in your mind especially if you tend to log out for a certain hours, that you should spend all your resources so you will not feel sorry about other players stealing all your resources. You can do lots of things to consume your left over resources not only by building and upgrading as we mentioned you can also invest with researching. In game, the faster you complete your research the more different types of mercenaries you can hire as well as more technologies you can unlock.
6. Know your mercenaries. This is the basic foundation of your strategy especially when you are in middle part of the game. As a beginner, the game will not require too much strategy from you as you can win the battle by just deploying hordes of cheap mercenaries. You can take the battle by number but as you go further you will see that this is not effective any longer. Mercenaries have different advantage and disadvantage and that is where you will be based your strategy. You must cover one another weaknesses by their advantage. Of course the first thing here is to unlock them all so you can try them in game and from it you can formulate your strategy. I will tell you that this is the most interesting part of the game.
7. Compress your territory as possible. The smaller your camp in size the better. Don’t get me wrong here, I’m saying that you must minimize the size your camp but this is not about building minimum number of game content. So as long as you are able to upgrade and build additional number, you must do it but always consider placement in smaller spaces. This will bring you ease in defending your camp. The bigger your camp is, the more difficult for you to defend it as your defensive range will be scattered in different direction and position. It is also easier for you to cover up your camp with defensive walls and towers bringing more fortification for you.
8. Add more friends to play with. Just like in other social game, you should add as many players as you can.
