Basically rare monsters have less drop rate so you need to run the dungeon dozen of times to get those top tier monsters. Aside from dungeon hunting you can also summon monsters instantly through Summon Scrolls that will requires you 300 mana points upon summoning. This scroll can summon monsters based on random rarity from 1 to 3 stars for Unknown Summon Scrolls.
For higher rarity, you can use Mystical Summon Scrolls as a premium scroll that will gives you a chance of getting monster with 3 to 5 stars tier. To use the Mystical Summon Scrolls you need to consume 10,000 mana points and you can obtain this scroll by spending 75 crystals or premium currency.
Aside from normal and premium summoning, you can also use social summon that will give you a chance to obtain 1-3 star by spending social points. These points are what you get from playing the game with other social network users. Every monster has different class, rank and role in game. Having the highest defensive stats, this class also have the worst damage output from all 4 classes. Having the poor damage is not about being the worthless class in game. You can always use their defensive edge in arena battles where you need to have higher survival measure.
Support typed monster – Having the a poor defense and attack can’t deny their purpose in your team. Because of their buff and debuff ability, support can create a pillar for their team empowering both defense and attack of the entire team. Every great team has a good foundation from support typed monster but compare to other classes including them in your team will requires you further strategy.
Compare to Hello Hero, Summoners War: Sky Arena use elemental properties that come with Fire, Wind, Light, Water and Dark that correlate with one another from advantage and disadvantage. The following is how affect each element: Water is strong against Fire, Fire is strong against Wind, Wind is strong against Water while Light and Dark have a neutral relation from one another and to all 4 elements. The tricks here is to memorize the flow and also include as much element in your team as possible that can dominate one another element. It is not a good advice to have all four fire elements with your team, bringing variation is the key to take advantage with elemental properties.
These stand as your armor, weapons, and helmets from other role playing game. The same with Hello Hero and Brave Frontier, you are able to improve your monster by equipping these runes. Together with monster that you can summon, runes also have different grades from 1 star to 6 stars bounded with attributes in them. Aside from tier, runes also observe different colors that will bring you more bonus stats. Every rune has type and slot number that you can get from dungeon. To work with rune, you need to embed runes right next to each other and complete the entire slot set. Keep in mind that there is no specific order in which the runes need to set up what is important is to fill those slots.
We already mentioned slots and in game there are six available slots from upper left, lower left, upper right and lower right, down and up. Runes can be acquire from dungeon levels or buy it from the shop. Not only by filling the slots, you are also able to get bonus effect from sets. Glory Shop – A special buildings where you can spend the points you gathered from the Sky Arena. Using these glory points, you can upgrade buildings up to level 10 to become more effective in game.
Magic Shop – Together with Glory Shop, this is a special shop that will let you purchase monsters, runes, and scripts. To regenerate the list of merchandise you need to wait for hour.
Gold Mine – This will let you generate free red crystal per 10 hours up to 3 red crystal. Crystal stands as premium currency in game. To start with arena, you need to locate it from the world map but first you need to unlock it by completing the Garen Forest. Every time you play at the Arena you will use 1 arena invite and this invitation will automatically replenish every 30 minutes. After winning a fight you will be rated through arena points based on how powerful your opponent is. In the contrary all the VP you gained will go away if you lose Buffing Up. Upon winning in streak you will obtain buffs and this will stack up to 10 times until you lose in game.
To enhance the competitive aspect of the game, arena observes rankings as well with rewards. The game compensates players with most arena points throughout the week with both crystals and unique monsters. Aside from arena points, you will also acquire glory points upon winning the arena match. You can use this glory points in purchasing through glory shop .
