1. Focus on improving your best cards. There are lots of cards in game and the fact is, you are not able to use them all nor improve them that is the reason why we should focus only with your best cards in terms of improving. So the best thing to do here is to level up only those cards belong in higher tier. So if you got at least three-star card in your deck, you can start leveling it up so you can use it to the fullest. Higher tier cards are cards that you can in the long run so it is better to push it to the fullest. In the contrary those lower tier cards are those you will replace as soon as you find a better card than this. Upon leveling up cards, remember that if you use the same element, you will get an experience points bonus, so it is always an advantage for you to use the same element cards when upgrading.
2. Building your deck. In playing such card collection game, you really need to have a strategy to win almost all games. Yes strategy always require in almost everything including the deck building. So as for the recommended deck you should build up, you must keep in mind that every island that you take on will have a specific element that most monsters will be of, so it is good for your deck to build up with more monsters that are strong against the specific element corresponds with your area. It is also good to consider having two of your monsters of that element that is more powerful and two that are neutral. Don’t forget that you should not bring a weak element into battle as this will only consume you space.
3. Improve your monster space. We already mentioned about the space above. Actually you will start with a very limited space that will bring more challenging part to you as you collect more evolution cards which will result difficulty in organizing your cards. From here, you will realize that spending two Diamonds to upgrade your inventory space will matter. This is recommended until you reach at least 20 space and if you have still enough diamonds you can go for ideal number of space inventory which is 30 so you are able to keep the evolution cards and have some other monsters to play with.
4. Grind in previous level. This is not an ordinary puzzle game as with the blend of MMORPG, you can do grinding by playing in previous stages you already completed. You can check your monster cards and look on what cards are needed for them to evolve and invest on to level them up. Just keep grinding on previous stages over and over again to get a higher tier cards that you can use for leveling purposes. So if you feel that you stack in the same level after several times of trying to clear it, maybe it is time for you to grind and that is by going back to previous level to move on forward.
5. Use your monsters’ abilities to the fullest. Don’t forget that your monsters have skills that you can use after an amount of time or turn. This will help you a lot in game so you should always take advantage on this monsters’ skills especially when dealing tough battles. To maximize the usage of this ability, you must understand every detail on it. For instance, you use defense skill which is really good upon dealing with damage dealer type of opponent while you can also maximize your attack using attack skill.
6. Do combos. The best thing to maximize your action in game is by matching with combos. This can be considered as the most important parts of every game and the elements that you match shouldn’t matter that much as long as you are able to get 4-5 combo hits. So if you have options, it will bring you sense to go for the elements that can inflict higher damage against your opponent. You can also reserve the health tiles later on for the time you really need them most or after that turn that your opponent inflict more damage against you.
