If you like city building games inspired by the middle ages and the idea of waging war against villages neighboring yours or against barbarians, then Tribal Wars 2 is just the game you are looking for. Downloaded over a million times with a 4.5 star rating iOS App Store and a 4.1/5 rating on Google Play Store means that InnoGames has managed to successfully release their game on the mobile platforms. In Tribal Wars 2, your main challenge is to build up, upgrade and maintain a mediaeval town, while also managing an army to attack your neighbors but also defend against them.
Once the game is loaded up, you will have the option to log in with your google account, or play without logging in. This is a nice touch, because if you choose to log in with your google account, you can connect with your friends and play together.
The game starts off with a nice tutorial where a guide tells you what you have to do to start off on the right foot. He will show you how to construct a few buildings and will proceed to show you how to train a few soldiers in your barracks. After that you will send these soldiers to a neighboring barbarian settlement.
To put it simple, your objectives in Tribal Wars 2 are to keep upgrading your village with new buildings and upgrade the existing buildings. Next to this you will also have to train and upgrade troops. In order to successfully complete these objectives, you will need resources. Recourses in Tribal Wars 2 are wood, clay and iron. You chop wood in your timber camp, collect clay in your clay pit and produce iron in your iron mine.
You have provisions which are also needed by buildings and units. You cannot produce provisions but they are provided to you by a farm. The higher your farm level, the more villagers you can supply.
The challenge is to keep constructing new buildings and upgrading them and recruit and train new units so you can wage war against other villages and also defend your own village. Ultimately it is up to you what you do with your village, you can grow your village and start new villages by taking them over or just keep to one village and just plunder other villages.
Some features in Tribal Wars 2:
– 16 different building types are available to you to build up your village
– 13 different unit types are available to you to start a war or defend your own villages
– Set up an army before you attack
– Compete with other villages to conquer the region.
– Establish tribes and create an empire for yourself to rule
– Swap resources with other players
– Cross-platform play for the same account on other devices
Tribal Wars 2 In-game store
Tribal Wars 2 is a free to play game but like many free to play games, it has an in-game store where you can purchase Crowns, which is the in-game currency. With these crowns, you can buy in-game items and boosters. For instance, you can construct buildings instantly when you use crowns which gives you a huge advantage because you would not have to wait for your buildings to actually be constructed.
You can also buy unit packs with crows to strengthen your army. Another thing you can purchase with crowns in Tribal Wars 2 are boosters. With these boosters you can for example speed up your timber mill to chop wood, or your iron mine to produce iron.
A small note to add is that it is difficult to list all boosters because it constantly changes. You might have a different offer so make sure to check out the in-game store of Tribal Wars 2. Sometimes boosters come in packs which are cheaper to buy than buying the different boosters individually.
Tribal Wars 2 is a fun and addictive MMO simulation strategy game available for iOS and Android. You might notice while playing this game that you will need a lot of resources such as iron, wood and clay, and you will also need a lot of crowns.
You can purchase the crowns in the App Store, but this does cost money, and most people don’t want to purchase these items because it can get expensive. This is why you need to download our free hack for Tribal Wars 2, because we can give you all of these items for free and it’s completely safe.
You should take a look at the hack tool image below to see just how simple the user interface is to use, including how the options menu is setup.
Simply download the free Tribal Wars 2 hack tool straight from our website, and it will take about 30 seconds to download. You will notice it automatically installs when it is finished downloading, and this should also take about 30 seconds. You then need to select which device you are using to play Tribal Wars 2, such as Android or iOS, and then just put in the amount of crowns and resources you want to add to your account.
All you need to do is tap on “Start” when you are ready to begin the process, and it should take no longer than 45 seconds for the generator to finish. You can then open up the game on your device, and you will notice the amounts of resources and crowns that you entered is already sitting there in your account ready to use.
Cheats for Tribal Wars 2 do not exist at this moment. When you google “Tribal Wars 2 Cheats” you will end up on shady websites which make you download programs by completing surveys and you will most likely end up with a virus anyways, so let me give you some tips instead of cheats to get you started in Tribal wars 2.
When you start off in Tribal Wars 2, you should spend your first couple of hundred points on making spear troops. You should use these troops to raid nearby villages for recourses because recourses speeds up your building. After you have enough supplies, start mixing your army up a bit with spear, sword and axe troops. You should always try to have the same number for each as the amount of points you have. For instance, if you have a thousand points, you should have a thousand spear, sword and axe troops. I would also advise you to have a few scouts so you can send them out to villages to check if they are really abandoned and safe to raid. You don’t want to end up in an ambush, especially early-game.
Do not forget to increase the level of your barracks and stable. Update your wall every now and then to make it easier to defend your town and make it more difficult for your enemies to attack you. Occasionally you will want to increase your troop upgrades so your army will steadily get stronger. After you have a decent army, you can also invest some points in light cavalry and rams when you can afford them.
Once you have played for a while and upgraded your mines to above level twenty-five, have a village headquarters of above level twenty and maxed out your wall level at twenty, you can start thinking about taking over another village. You will need to work towards getting your first noble, because in Tribal Wars 2, you will need to train a noble, which you send to a village with an army. Once your army successfully attacks the village, your noble will take over that village and you will have two villages to govern. My advice would be to look for a nearby village that is not attached to a large tribe. You can just repeat the first steps with your second village and keep upgrading it and working towards conquering more and more villages. Be aware that you will need to train more troops because of the fact that you will be a bigger target when you own more villages.
There are many war tactics I could list here but that would ruin the game experience for you, therefore I will list a few tactics that will apply later in your game:
– You should scout often with many scouts. You should not attack villages which you did not scout before. There will be a high chance of you losing a lot of units because your scouts did not bring you vital information which you can use to your advantage.
– You should always send fake attacks to villages you want to attack for real. This little cheat will confuse your enemy because he/she will not know what to expect.
– If your enemies forces are larger than yours, try to recapture instead of defend. A cheat that you can use in Tribal Wars 2 is to downgrade your own walls and troops on purpose, so that when your enemy takes over your village, you can easily strike back and recapture your village because the walls are downgraded.
– You do not want to sit around doing nothing. Your villages should constantly be working, attacking other villages. If your tribe does not have targets, you should always go looking for more.
Like many games nowadays, Tribal Wars 2 also starts off with a tutorial which explains the basics of the game. An on-screen guide shows you around your village and explains within text bubbles what you are supposed to do. You follow his instructions in order to progress through the tutorial. I think the tutorial is well thought out because I could only assume that without a tutorial, Tribal Wars 2 could be a little difficult for casual gamers since it has many things going on at the same time. The graphics and animations in Tribal Wars 2 are well thought out and clear. You will not have trouble following what is going on, on your screen, no matter how small your screen is.
Because Tribal Wars 2 is a multiplayer game, you will look at it differently when you, for example, take over other villages because you are literally stealing it from them. It would not have been the same feeling if the other villages were NPC’s. I think this is a very nice touch and really fits the medieval theme of the game.
While there are not many downsides to Tribal Wars 2, it can still be a bit frustrating and annoying if you do not have a lot of patience. The time it takes to update your buildings and troops cane take hours, and without spending real money for in-game crowns to speed up this process, you will have a big disadvantage over players that do buy crowns to speed up their upgrades. This can be a turn off for players who do not wish to spend money on Tribal Wars 2.
Another negative aspect of Tribal Wars 2 is that experienced players are in the same game world as you are, which can lead to you being attacked early on while you are defenseless. Since the experienced players have a big amount of troops, you will instantly lose your village and have to start over.
The last negative aspect about this game is that it can get pretty repetitive later on in the game. It is highly advised to play Tribal Wars 2 with friends so that you can work and communicate together in building the biggest tribe in the game.
Artwork: I give Tribal Wars 2 an 8/10 for its artwork. The artwork theme fits the gameplay which is very important. Buildings and villages look medieval, the troops and other miscellanies objects are drawn clear and are very detailed.
Music & SFX: I give the game a 6/10 for its music and SFX. The sound effects and soundtrack is fitting for the game but the soundtrack seems to be on repeat which can be annoying when you play the game a few hours on end.
Story & Originality: I give the game a 9/10 for its story and originality. There are other city building games which are set in the middle ages but Tribal Wars 2 sticks out as the best because it does and plays exactly as advertised. You make your own story in Tribal Wars 2 because It all depends on the way you play it, which is a very nice touch.
General Gameplay: I give Tribal Wars 2 an 8/10 for general gameplay. The game has many options to discover and while it gets repetitive late-game, it is still very fun and exciting gameplay. The more villages you have, the harder the game gets. Another very positive about this game is the fact that the villages you are attacking and taking over belong to real people! You can choose to be a war lord or you can choose to be a pacifist and work together with other players of Tribal Wars 2. It is all up to you and the way you want to play.
Addictiveness: I give Tribal Wars 2 an 8/10 for addictiveness. Once you get used to this game, you will want to come back to it and keep playing it. The feeling of taking over other villages is pretty addictive as well. If you are like me, you would just want to play more and more and take over more and more villages. While upgrading buildings and training troops will take a long while if you do not have the crowns to speed it up, the game still remains playable and addictive.
All things considered, I give Tribal Wars 2 an 8/10
