Throne Rush Cheats & Hack for Gold, Gems & Food

Throne Rush is a strategy game belonging to Nexters Limited, a company that created “Island Experiment” and “Lost Chapters”. The game is available on Android and on iOS (requires iOS 6.0 or later and it’s optimized for Iphone 5). It has a rating of 4 stars out of 5 on Play Store and 4 stars and a half on iOS Store (but only 72 Ratings) and it was downloaded for about 1 million times – both platforms. The game does not require a mandatory sign-up but connecting with Facebook gives you the possibility to save your game progress and to ask your Facebook friends for help. One of the good things of Throne Rush is that it has full Facebook integration meaning that once you have linked your game accounts you can play the game from any device – you will also receive 50 Red Gems too so it’s worth it.

In Throne Rush your main role is to build a village from nothing to an empire. As time will pass and you will learn the ropes you will find out that it is not so easy you thought to master. The game starts a little too abruptly making you fight in the first 10 seconds but then, thankfully, there will be a tutorial that will get you going. In this game you have 3 types of resources from which two are Food and Gold, resources that can be gathered from the Windmills respectively the Mines. The third resource is the Gems which can be bought with real money (price varies from $0.99 to $9.99 or even more). I think it should be mentioned that you are provided with only one builder and in order to get more you must buy them with gems.

Throne Rush Hack for Gold, Gems & Food

You might be sitting at home playing Throne Rush, if you are, then you probably know that you need a lot of gold, gems, and food to get through this game. While you can make these purchases through the app store, it costs real money, and that adds up quickly.

This is why we here at AppGameCheats have decided to add a hack tool for Throne Rush, which means you can get the items you need for free.

Check out the image below to see just how easy the Throne Rush hack tool is to use, with the options menu being where you enter the amounts of each item you want to add.

If you use our free hack tool you will find yourself having more fun with the game since you will never need to purchase items from the app store or waste time trying to get the items through the game.

Tips & Tricks

Being a strategy game there are a lot of guides and strategies and methods to maximize your efficiency but I will mention the ones that I think that are mandatory for you to win.

Offensive Tips

Save your gems for a hero. The hero must be bought from the tavern and he is expensive but he is worth it. Make sure you don’t spend the gems on speeding building’s creation or training your army instantly if you don’t afford to buy gems with real money.

Don’t forget that troops deployed in a fight (PvP or PvE) will not return back. So make sure that you really need those last 5 goblins before you deploy them in an already won battle.

If you think that the current enemy looks too strong you can always skip him and find another. Don’t fight if there is no way you can win.

Join a Brotherhood when you reach a Level 5 Castle. Fighting in groups is more fun and it is also more rewarding.

Each unit has its different advantages and weaknesses. For example, Eagles are a very powerful air unit while Orcs may be slower but they target enemy defenses. Use this in your favor when you are deploying them in a fight.

Defensive Tips

Although it may seem like a good idea to rush things, it is best to maximize your buildings (starting with Walls and Towers for defensive bonus) and research everything you can before you level up your Castle. Enemies will get stronger too.

If you want to save up resources for an upgrade, buying Protection would be wise. It costs gems but at least you know you will have enough resources for the upgrade.

Try to place your castle, your mines, windmills, barns and treasuries as close to the center as possible so that they are all in your towers range. They will offer extra protection.

Utility Tips

Check the official Facebook page of Throne Rush from time to time. They offer free gems and other deals pretty often.

If you have 3 friends that you think they will enjoy Throne Rush invite them in order to complete “All for One” quest. That’s another 50 gems.

Try to complete Achievements. There are rewards waiting for you upon completion.

Follow the Quest Progression. Some of the quests (especially morale-related ones) will offer you gems as a reward.

Detailed Throne Rush Review

As I mentioned before, Throne Rush is a game that shows potential. I liked the way it started because I found myself in the middle of the action. The approach of Throne Rush regarding the artwork is nice because I believe that these types of games should not be too cartoonish. The game is colorful but not in an annoying way. The fact that your army fights for morale points is odd but not in a bad way – it gives the game an interesting touch. I strongly believe that Throne Rush will offer me a better experience once I reach a higher level in the game, so it will probably stay in my game library for some time more.

However, like every game this one has some issues too – first of all I think that it is nice that they wanted to respect the ratio of units and buildings (meaning that the units are as small as a building door and they are not looking like giants) but I think that this is hurting the gameplay making it harder for the player to see his units deployment. Secondly, I think they should have made some heroes available for gold/food – less powerful that the other ones but still better than none. In my opinion the fact that they cannot be purchased without gems it’s a pretty big limitation.

Finally it annoys me a lot the fact that every time you finish a building or a quest there is no button of “OK” – you have the option to press on a small red X in the corner of the screen or press the big green button in the center of the screen that says “Share” – I call this masked spam.

If you don’t want to invest money in red gems you have the possibility of doing various tasks and visit some sites in order to receive free (more or less) red gems but I would not personally recommend it if you are not experienced with this stuff – some of the sites looks rather shady.

Ratings

Artwork: 6/10. Throne Rush is a game of extremes. While the artwork itself looks very nice (the buildings are well designed, the aspect of the units look great, the background looks natural, the settings and the game options are well polished), the animations look terrible. Every combat animation is unnatural and looks very rusty – they look like the game was rushed to be finished and the developers forgot all about the smoothness of the animations. One of the other things I don’t like about the artwork is that the units are too small even zoomed out to max – this may be a voluntarily decision in order to make the player to have an eagle-eye view over the village he is attacking but I just don’t really like it.

Music & SFX: 7 out of 10. While the music and the sound effects of Throne Rush are not the worst, they are not the best either. Comparing the game with others of its type I give credit to Throne Rush. The music is well-chosen, creating a suited atmosphere for a game with a medieval-fantasy theme. The sound effects are dark enough to make you feel like part of the story. They should have worked more on the length or on the repeatability of the songs but overall it’s fine.

Story/Originality: 4/10. Here you have Food and Gold while in Clash of Clans you have Gold and Elixir as resources. Nobody bothered to change the resource that can be bought with money (gems) – they changed only the color (red in Throne Rush, green in Clash of Clans). Here you belong to a Brotherhood while in Clash of Clans you join a Clan. I am not saying that this game copied Clash of Clans or otherwise – I am just getting bored of games with different names but same content – the changes made are too small to make one of the games (I am not talking just about this two games) the best. Everyone will shift between games until will find the one that suits their play style the best. Even though this may not be bad, it hurts the originality of a game.

Gameplay: Throne Rush scores 6 out of 10. The game is fun and fast-paced until the timers start to grow and unfortunately the timers grow very fast and very soon – the fact that you have just a builder for free and you can’t do much when he is busy hurts the gameplay. There is also a problem with editing the base, especially dealing with the walls. The majority of in-game stuff is small-sized and it can lead to problems when you try to select or move something. The combat system is pretty flawed too because your troops looking like they got no idea what to do – not to mention that they are so small that sometimes you will effectively lose them between your enemy’s walls and buildings.

Addictiveness: 6/10. Because of the problems mentioned before, Throne Rush’s addictiveness has to suffer. If you are a casual player that does not want to invest money in the game, you will get bored in no-time – they should reduce the timers or make the buildings cheaper. I know that this is the main source of income because the game is free but the developers should sit down and talk about adjusting the ratios. If you will invest money in the game I believe that you will enjoy it for a while. Overall, Throne Rush can become pretty addictive once you hit a superior level on your castle and you start having more buildings and types of units. You just have to be patient….or pay real money.

I give Throne of Rush 6 out of 10. The game has its moments, I must admit.
