Curious about the personal life of a fashion celebrity? Wondering what they might spend their time doing? Superstar Fashion Girl will give you an exclusive look behind the curtains and let you take control of your own superstar girl!
Superstar Fashion Girl is a fashion celebrity sim game by Animoca Collective, the developer who no doubt has provided players with many hours of entertainment with previous titles such as the Star Girl games, Top Model games, Panda Run, Pig Rush, Pixel Hospital and so much more!
Superstar Fashion Girl is currently rated 4.1/5 stars on the Google Play Store, with millions of downloads and a mainly positive outlook. The game was also released on the Apple App Store, but under a different developer, who has changed some things for the worse, so we’ll not cover that here.
Superstar Fashion Girl is a sim game where you can live the life of a fashion superstar girl, who you can customize and name at the beginning of the game, in her home. You can personalize a lot of different options regarding her look, like hair, eyes, nose, lips, makeup and clothes.
After you have finished customizing and named her to your liking, you can leave her home to go exploring the town. You can move between buildings on the street by swiping the screen left or right. As you move past all kinds of buildings, you will have the option to enter some of them, if they show a pink marker.
At least half of the available buildings where you can go are clothing stores like Red Carpet, the weirdly named Secert Garden, Celebrity Style and I Love Sports. In these buildings you can use coins or gems to purchase new clothes for your fashion girl, while some of them also have options for purchasable hairstyles. Most of the clothes can be very expensive, so you obviously need ways to get more purchasing power.
Coins and gems are the currencies of Superstar Fashion Girl and there are multiple ways to earn each. Coins can be earned by going to the Job Center, where you can take jobs such as Tennis Player, Dancer and Singer. These jobs each take some time to finish and award you gold and experience when finished. There are multiple stages of each job and some are locked if your character is not high enough level yet. Each stage after another will pay more and take more time to finish.
Gems can be earned by watching ads, downloading sponsored apps or bought by real money. Although if you are lucky, they can also be earned from the minigame Superstar Coins, along with all other currencies. This is a typical coin toss minigame, where you can decide to throw in coins from the top of the screen and little bumpers will redirect the them. Each toss costs 50 coins from your currency. Your goal is to not land two coins in the same slot at the bottom, while landing as many coins as possible in slots near eachother. So if you land 3 coins in a row, you can payout for 300 coins. If you land 7 in a row, which is the max, that pays out for 150 gems.
You can also get different rewards by making a coin fall into one of the slots at the very left or right of the machine, which reads Lucky Draw. If you manage to do that, a slot machine will spin at the top and if it lands on any of the payout combinations, you can win experience, coins and energy.
Energy? What is that, you might wonder? Energy is the third “currency” of the game, although it’s not used in any way to purchase things. Energy is used for some activities, like the second minigame Superstar Runway. It costs 4 energy out of the 20 max for you to play it. This minigame is about matching clothes to the ones that show up at the right side of your screen. So if your fashion girl wears the same clothes as the ones on the right, you need to tap on the little clothing icon to confirm it’s the same. You have a limited time to play and make as many matches as you can. In the end you will get a score, which will be added to the overall score to unlock a random present, that can contain all kinds of things.
You also need energy to date boyfriends in Superstar Fashion Girl. You can find boyfriends by walking to the Train Station and going by train to different places to meet up with them. The game allows you to have multiple boyfriends and each of them needs to be dated first to become your permanent boyfriend. While dating, you have to do nice things to them, like flirting, which costs energy each time you do it. You can also use coins to buy them cupcakes or gems to buy them clothing gifts like scarfs.
If you do enough of these things, they will love you and become your boyfriend, then come to your house. From then on you can get a gift from each of them for up to three times, with two hours of a cooldown inbetween. These gifts are the same as in the Superstar Runway game and can include coins, gems, energy or clothing items.
If you feel somewhat lost in the game, you can check out the Quests tab while standing on the streets. There are always some quests to aid you and tell you what to do. The quests are simple like “Get a boyfriend” or “Go to the Job Center” and each of them pay you experience, coins or gems.
You can also invite other people to become your friends in Superstar Fashion Girl. If you successfully invite friends, you can visit them to take pictures with them, and sometimes they might even give you gifts.
The game allows microtransactions in the form of purchasable gems and coins at the ingame ATM. Both gems and coins can be bought starting at 200 gems/10000 coins for $1.99, all the way to 12500 gems/625000 coins for $99.99. There is also an option to exchange some gems to refill your energy.
A lot of people enjoy playing Superstar Fashion Girl, but you might not know just how important gems and coins are in the game. The gems and coins can be purchased through the app store, but it costs real money to get these items, and most people cannot afford this. If you would like to get gems and coins without paying in the app store, then you need to check out our free hack tool.

You might want some cheats in Superstar Fashion Girl, probably because you feel like you don’t get enough coins or gems. Well, I have some tips for you, so read on.
If you are having troubles and have barely any money in the game, remember that the Job Center has multiple jobs available for you to do at all times, and you can even do more than one at once. You don’t even need to remain there for the jobs to complete, you can move on and do other things, the jobs will complete themselves. You only need to start each job, then go back and get your reward when it’s finished.
If you still don’t have enough of the currencies, you can also go and try the minigames, especially Superstar Coins. They are very simple to play and can pay out big, if you play well and become lucky.
Another option to consider is watching ads or downloading sponsored apps, since they pay out varying amounts of gems as well.
Also, as a last tip, remember that you are not forced to buy new clothes all the time, so feel free to save up on your coins and don’t spend all of them at once. When you will have more later on, you will feel more content with spending, knowing that you will still have some remaining.
My experience with Superstar Fashion Girl was mixed, but leaning more towards positive. After customizing my fashion girl, I started exploring the streets and checking every possible building. It took me as a surprise that most of them were clothing shops, while the game could have easily had all of those clothes in a single shop.
I bought some pants and a blouse, but they cost so much that I almost ran out of all my coins immediately. After checking out all of the shops, I soon realized that all clothes cost a lot, so saving up and earning coins is the way to go, otherwise you won’t have any chance to purchase new things.
Well, I decided to try and get some more coins, while experiencing what else the game has to offer, other than dressing my character. I went to my Quests tab first and did most of the quests it gave me. All of them had some rewards, which was nice and refilled some of my spent coins. I also went to the Job Center to get even more coins, but it seemed to be a slow process, although it’s entirely free to do the jobs, they don’t even use energy as far as I know.
One of the quests also told me to get a boyfriend, so I went to the Train Station and found a guy who looked a lot like Harry Potter. After raising his love bar to the max, he fell in love with my fashion girl and followed her home. From then on whenever I went back there, he was there, either waiting with a gift or just standing around, doing nothing.
Well, I supposed the gifts and the currencies are the main focus of this game, not to provide company for the player character. Still, I would have found it to be better, if the boyfriends could do anything other than gifting stuff.
After playing the minigames as well, I already saw everything the game has to offer. There are no surprises anywhere to be found in Superstar Fashion Girl, it’s a very simple and straightforward game from the beginning to the end. It’s worth a try, as it’s free, not bombarded with ads and doesn’t require you to pay real money at all costs.
Artwork: The artwork of Superstar Fashion Girl gets an 8/10 rating from me. This game looks nice and clear, something you would not obviously expect from this genre. The characters, the clothes and the backgrounds all look good.
Music & SFX: I give the music an 8/10 as well. There are multiple songs in the game, although one of them dominates over most of the gameplay. Gladly none of them are annoying over long periods of time, and they fit the activities well. The SFX is as basic as it gets, so I can’t really find negatives about that.
Story & Originality: The story gets a 5/10. Being a fashion superstar is not original in any way. The story is also not really expanded in over the course of the game.
General Gameplay: The general gameplay of Superstar Fashion Girl deserves a 7/10. While the gameplay is simple, easy to learn and understand, yet it’s no doubt much better than a lot of similar games’ in the genre. The only problems are that clothes cost a lot of coins and gems and it takes a long time to gain a significant amount.
Addictiveness: The addictiveness of the game gets a 7/10 as well. While the gameplay might be simplistic and you can figure out almost everything in a short time, you might feel the need to come back to this game multiple times, waiting for gifts or just to take part in the available activities.
Overall Score: 7/10.
