However, the developers were able to make the graphics work, for the type of game that it is. It is nice to see that there are different levels with different environments, courses and obstacles, which makes the gameplay more entertaining. There are not many animations in Toy Truck Rally 3D, other than when you pick up a booster and suddenly start driving faster or better. I would have liked to see animations when you crash your RC racecar, or at least see some damage done to it when you hit an obstacle.
Music & SFX: I give Toy Truck Rally 3D a 7/10 for its music and SFX. There are a couple of rock soundtracks in Toy Truck Rally 3D, which are of decent quality and fit the overall theme of the game nicely. There are also some sound effects, such as when you hit the gas pedal and hear your engine revving, or when you hit an obstacle. Much like the graphics of the game, the soundtracks and sound effects are simplistic, but they are easy on the ears and will not bother any of the players while they are playing Toy Truck Rally 3D.
Story & Originality: I give Toy Truck Rally 3D a 7/10 for its story and originality. Luckily, Toy Truck Rally 3D has a couple of its own original features, such as free roaming on either tarmac or icy roads, and fifteen different courses, which all have different obstacles. Toy Truck Rally 3D does not have a story, but a simple RC racing game like this does not really need one anyways. It is very easy to make up your own story nowadays, and that is what most players are doing, including myself. For example, I imagined myself being a RC racecar fanatic, and I wanted to prove to everyone that I am the best RC racer in the world!
General Gameplay: I give Toy Truck Rally 3D a 7/10 for general gameplay. Toy Truck Rally 3D does not have any tutorials in it, other than the written instructions in the Help menu. Luckily, the goals and controls in Toy Truck Rally 3D are easy enough that even casual mobile gamers will not have any difficulties getting used to them. Once you have played Toy Truck Rally 3D for a couple of minutes, the gameplay will become pretty straightforward, but thankfully there are over a dozen of levels that you need to clear, and a couple of free roam levels.
