The first tip is that you should always make sure that you have enough mobile game space free on your device and that you are in a location where the Wi-Fi is strong enough.

This is because if you do not have a strong Wi-Fi it would take forever to download the game, in addition, when you are back in a place with a strong Wi-Fi, you would have to download the game all together. Another tip is that you should always screenshot your transactions in METAL SLUG DEFENSE.

This is because there is a known bug that causes the game to not give you the items you have purchased. When this happens, you should notify SNK PLAYMORE Company of the bug and or glitch, with your account detail, and the screenshot you took. As a huge fan of Japanese games, I was very willing to try METAL SLUG DEFENSE, a game that I have never heard about. Once I looked at the gameplay screenshots, I saw why this game was so popular! METAL SLUG DEFENSE’s graphics and artwork are all one of a kind. They are pixelated art and they look simply stunning. I love the unique look of them and while they are different from all of the normal games out in the mobile game market today, all of their artwork looks realistic as well!

I love the steampunk feel of METAL SLUG DEFENSE and all of the characters and enemies are drawn so well. All of the playable characters in METAL SLUG DEFENSE, are very well developed, maybe it’s because SNK PLAYMORE had years to develop this game! I also appreciated the time this company took to make sure there was little to no bugs present! They took time to redevelop a game they had already had out, and to please the customers, if there was a fault at their side, they will give you a rightful compensation!

I generally really love Japanese games, because if there is a problem with their games or if the game ate your money, they will refund you and give you extra goodies. Likewise, in METAL SLUG DEFENSE, many users have reported a ‘metal’ problem, metals are the in game currency and item you need to fuel your robots and crew. SNK PLAYMORE have fixed the problem immediately and also gave them additional metals in compensation. This lets you know that the company really reads the reviews that users put onto Google Play Store and iTunes.

Playing METAL SLUG DEFENSE was similar to playing another Japanese game, BlazBlue. Unlike Blazblue, because it doesn’t contain armies and it is part visual novel, the overall game theme and graphics gave the same atmosphere and vibe! I really like how there was an original storyline in METAL SLUG DEFENSE, unlike many other games on the market today with the stereotype game plots.

There are a lot of diversity and variety in this game, one of the best things I like about METAL SLUG DEFENSE is the ability to play with or against any of your real life friends. However, this being said, if you just wanted to play in the multiplayer mode against other players around the globe, there is a bit of a bug and glitch. Many users have reported that in METAL SLUG DEFENSE, when they get into the multiplayer mode it is often very hard to get into the mode since it takes forever to load.

And when they do get into the multiplayer mode, they are often paired up with people who are 50 levels higher than they are. Making this impossible to beat or even try to win with strategies. My suggestion to METAL SLUG DEFENSE, is that they could try customizing the multiplayer mode section so everyone has a fair chance of winning and not just making it an impossible win.

In my opinion, I personally believe that METAL SLUG DEFENSE is a game very worth playing. It contains a lot of great RPG elements, as well as an amazing story line. You could spend days and months playing METAL SLUG DEFENSE and not be bored of it. Since this game is a free to play in 2016, it does take time for your army and crew to regenerate their energy and thus, if you do not want to wait, you can use your money to buy the power ups and such. The power ups and bonus items goes from as low as $0.99 per item to as high as $99.99 per item!

I really like how everything was designed in this game, and I believe that there is nothing in METAL SLUG DEFENSE that they could have done better!

Music & SFX: The music and SFX for METAL SLUG DEFENSE receives the final rating of 10/10. I feel that the background music gave this game a sinister and steampunk feel, it also brought together the whole game. The SFX was really nicely made and I don’t believe I have heard these SFX in any other game than METAL SLUG DEFENSE.

Story & Originality: The story and originality category for METAL SLUG DEFENSE receives the overall rating of 10/10! I wish I can give it an even higher score. I like how SNK PLAYMORE Company took the time to port the Metal Slug game over to mobile device, as well as how even though this was a “remake” of the game, they included new contents and they also continuously add new contents. During every 2 months, METAL SLUG DEFENSE would have a new event and this not only brings in new players, but also keeps the loyal players to keep on playing.

General Gameplay: The general gameplay in METAL SLUG DEFENSE receives the final rating of 10/10. The game ran smoothly for me, and I did not receive any surprisingly pop up ads, or even a blank or black screen. The game did not lag during my gameplay and I really enjoyed every single pixel of it.

Addictiveness: The addictiveness factor for METAL SLUG DEFENSE receives the overall rating of 10/10. It really helps a game company when they are consistently changing things up and adding new events and quests for players to do! In addition, when a player brings up a bug, glitch, or a problem to SNK PLAYMORE Company, they actually listen and takes responsibility for it.
