There are few chances that you will be able to complete a stage and rescue all three puppies after your first try. 2. Use the Thrust as soon as you start a mission

3. Follow the routes indicated by the fish

Usually, the basic dog is perfect for completing the missions since it gets a Speed bonus, but if you run out of Launch cores, you can easily go with the other dogs. 5. Level up your dogs
The Diver Dog you play the most will have the highest level, obviously, but you can easily level up the other dogs too by replaying older and easier missions. You should try to keep them all at a level as high as possible in order to get the most out of each of them.
