Qube Kingdom Cheats: Tips, Tricks & Strategy Guide

Assemble and strengthen your troops! The six kingdoms of Qubria are in danger and it’s up to you and your blocky army to prevent enemy invasion! Qube Kingdom is a tower defense game brimming with pixel art charm. Command knights, archers, wizards, and more as you build a formidable army to defend the kingdom. We will help you prepare for this exciting journey with our Qube Kingdom cheats, tips and tricks strategy guide.

1. Don’t forget about elemental affinity!

You know how whenever the game is loading, it shows you that rock, paper, scissors cycle? Or more like, steel, leaf, and water? Anyways, this shows you what beats what. Your questors and the enemies you’ll be facing will have one of these affinities, or no affinity at all. I believe leaf is Organic, the steel ingot is Inorganic, and the water ball thing is Magic. Magic beats inorganic, inorganic beats organic, and organic beats magic. It’s helpful to keep the affinities in mind, but unfortunately there isn’t any way to preemptively see what kind of enemies you’ll be going up against other than diving head first into the level. During the level, be sure to watch for any red explosion bubbles with one of the affinities in it. This means that one of your questors is exploiting a weakness!

2. Activate the Quobelisks to give yourself an edge!

Quobelisks are little colored blocks that rest on the off lane sections of the levels. They come in different colored and have small black dots on them. The number of dots represents how many enemies need to be defeated near it in order for it to activate. When activated, blue quobelisks will usually open up new questor placement spots or block off an enemy route. Yellow quobelisks function as traps; the one you use in the beginning levels activates a fire trap that does massive damage to any nearby enemies. Save these for when there’s a big group nearby, but don’t worry too much because yellow quobelisks are rechargeable. There’s a black sheep in any group though, and the quobelisks are no different. By all means avoid the dreaded red quobelisks! These will actually go against you if they’re activated, as they’ll do things like open up new shortcuts for the enemies to take. Avoid placing questors around red quobelisks to reduce the chance of enemies dying near them.

3. Place your questors strategically!

Try to position your questors in smart locations. When you start out you’re given a knight, archer, and witch. The archer and witch are ranged units, meaning they go on the off lane positions. Try to place a knight – or any other melee questor – near the ranged questor so that the melee attacker holds them in place allowing the ranged attack to pick them off. Be sure to upgrade your placed questors to give them extra power, if you have already deployed your entire team.

4. Your healer is one of the most important questors!

After you beat the fifth or sixth level, you are rewarded with the Healer questor. The healer questor does exactly what it sounds like; she heals your other questors! The thing is though, you must make her manually target another questor, and she will periodically heal them until you make her change targets. The healer doesn’t seem to have a specific range, since you need to place her on specifically designated support positions. When questors reach zero health, they will be temporarily knocked out. They will regenerate slowly over time, but you can help speed up the process by healing them. Be sure to switch your healer’s target as necessary.

5. Upgrade your questors to keep them in tip top shape!

When you get to level 8, you’ll begin to notice that your questors will die very quickly and they’ll do little damage. The enemies are getting stronger, so that means you have to start pumping up your own guys too! Go into the barracks, select a questor, and hit Upgrade. You need cubes to upgrade your questors, and they can upgraded to level 5.

6. Evolve your questors to power them up dramatically!

After you beat level 11, you gain the ability to evolve your questors! To perform evolution, you must have two questors of the same type. Select one and choose Evolve, then pick the other questor you want to fuse with. You can see what they’ll become before you perform the evolution. Do note that if the questors you’re fusing are upgraded, the resulting evolved form will have higher stats than normal. It’s best to fully upgrade your questors before you evolve them.

7. Be sure to frequent the rewards board for some goodies!

Much like any other game, Qube Kingdom has achievements. They have rewards attached to them, so once you complete an achievement you must collect your reward. The awards board in your kingdom will have a giant yellow exclamation mark if there is a achievement ready to collect, so be sure to check it often, as you’ll be often rewarded with summoning cubes and lots of regular cubes!

That should cover all the basics of Qube Kingdom. If you have any questions or suggestions, let us know in the comment box below. Good luck, have fun, and until next time!
