Galaxy Fleet Wars Cheats: Tips, Tricks & Strategy Guide

Establish your base, venture for resources, and build the ultimate fleet! Galaxy Fleet Wars is a base building space game. Venture through the galaxy, conquering planets as you go to become the best captain in the universe! We’ll help you defeat your enemies with our Galaxy Fleet Wars cheats, tips and tricks strategy guide.

It’ll be a little tough since there are a lot of things to take care of, but it’ll be no sweat with our Galaxy Fleet Wars cheats, tips and tricks strategy guide.

1. Pick Imperials for a diamond bonus!

I have no idea if there was any other factors that influenced this, but when you first create your character you get to choose between three different factions. For some reason, the Imperials were offering a 100 diamond bonus if I joined them, so I did! The other two factions weren’t offering anything. When you’re starting out, see which faction is offering a bonus, and join them.

2. There’s a rock-paper-scissors system during battles!

When you start a battle, there are three methods of approach: raid, attack, and defense. Confusingly though the game refers to raid as “assault” in the dialogue, but I’ll refer to it as raid. Anyways, raid beats attack, attack beats defense, and defense beats raid. Most of the time the game will let you know what kind of approach the enemy is using, so make sure you counterattack with the right approach! Even when the game doesn’t tell you, you can kind of see their choice near the top of the screen, behind some of the interface. A triangle shape is raid, a square is attack, and a rounded circle is defense. Also, if a part of your fleet is destroyed, your next fleet gets to choose a new approach. Take advantage of this because the enemy is forced to stick with their current approach.

3. Follow the quests!

This is one of those games where the quests will literally take you through a big chunk of the game. If you’re kind of lost and you don’t know what you should be working towards next, just follow the current quest you have. Seriously, there will always be a quest for you to work towards!

4. Make sure to use your free resource collects!

After a couple quests, you’ll unlock the Venture option under the Resources. This allows you to collect various resources for nearly no cost. You start out with 25 free ventures, and they come back over time and when you progress through the main storyline. Short on some resources? Go ahead and collect them!

5. Afterwards, check the market for more goodies!

The market changes stock periodically, completely independent of your actions. You are limited at first to 24 buying chances, and you get one back every hour. If you see something you like, go ahead and buy it, for it won’t be there for long! Do note though that once you buy something, the stock changes immediately, so pick the option you need the most out of the three.

6. Research tech upgrades!

When you get close to clearing the first set of battles, you’ll unlock the Tech option. Techs are passive upgrades that once researched are always active. These give you really good bonuses, so you just try to research as many as you can. Some of them have unlock requirements, and you can check what you need to do right under the upgrade.

7. Keep your fleet equipped and upgraded!

Each captain of your fleet can equip up to six different items: weapon, engine, armor, shield, bio-depot, and chip. Personally, I didn’t find money to be much of a problem, so you should always buy the best equipment for your fleet. Like the resource collection options, the shop will change its stock after a certain amount of time has passed. You can also do this manually by hitting the Refresh button in the shop.

8. Keep your home base updated!

Your home base is where most of your resources will come from. In order to get more resources, you need to upgrade your buildings. This can be a little overwhelming as there are tons of numbers and buildings all over the place, so what you can do is just hit the Auto button at the top right, and that will upgrade any eligible buildings.

That should be a good starting guide to becoming an elite captain. If you have any other questions or suggestions, leave a comment below. Until next time!
