Glu Games have just released and amazing creature RPG game, Amazing Battle Creatures, a title where you have to collect and breed all sort of amazing creatures, then train them and send them into battle to become the champion of the International Creature League. It’s a long road ahead and you’ll see that it’s quite difficult to get there, but we are here to help you a little bit with some Amazing Battle Creatures cheats and tips for the ultimate strategy guide that you need for this game.
So let’s not waste any time and let’s find out how to collect all creatures, breed them and train them and how to win all our battles with Touch Tap Play’s Amazing Battle Creatures tips and cheats strategy guide!
1. The elements matter
Following a simple “rock, paper, scissors” mechanic, all the creatures are created in such a way that they are strong against a certain creature and weak against another. Learn which creatures work best against what other creatures and send them into battle accordingly. Also use the targeting option (simply tap the creature you want your current creature to attack) for those moments when different element creatures are into play.
In case you don’t know it yet, Fire creatures are good against Nature and weak against Water, Nature is Good against Water and weak against Fire, while Water is Good against Fire and weak against Nature. Things get more complicated later on when new elements come into play, so always know the strengths and weaknesses of your monsters.
2. Always edit your “starting lineup”
The 4 creatures that you have in your hand will be used in all battles. You only use three in battle, though, but when one dies, it’s replaced by your next creature. However, it’s a usually a good idea to have your strongest creatures start up all fights. If you want to change the order at any time, simply tap the “Team” icon in the main menu and either use the Auto-Sort option which arranges your team members based on their strength, or switch them around manually. There are few occasions when a weaker creature of the right element is the best option, so always look at the type of creatures you’ll be facing and use the best creatures that you own.
3. Don’t upgrade your low level creatures
You start up with some very basic creatures and you might want to upgrade them to their max level, but that’s usually a bad idea. You need Sparks in order to upgrade them, and they are really difficult to get. So keep them to the level where you can still win your fights, but invest your sparks in the higher level creatures. Pretty soon, the low level ones will be useless anyway!
4. Always breed creatures
Mixing DNA points (elements) allows you to breed new creatures and that process takes a lot of times. You can use the Egg power-ups that you get from some of the levels to speed up the process, but most of the time it will be a waiting game. So always have that working, creating new and better creatures. The good thing about this process is that you are told what creature you are going to get, so you can mix elements until you get the one that you really wish to have.
5. Replay older missions
In order to get more sparks, you can replay older missions. Although you are not guaranteed sparks, you will get them usually and this will help you upgrade your current creatures to decent levels that will allow you to keep on playing. So whenever the missions are getting too difficult, it’s time to go back to older ones and replay them over and over again.
6. Keep upgrading your top creatures
You will reach a point where it will be obvious that you won’t be getting any better creatures for a while, and that’s when you should heavily invest your Sparks into leveling up the creatures that you have. Try to keep them as even as possible, or have to really good ones and one decent. This increases your chances for all the upcoming battles: the better your creatures and the more attack types they have unlocked, the easier it will be for you to actually complete the fight as the champion.
Amazing Battle Creatures is a game that requires a lot of your patience because the breeding thing takes ages, but it’s fun because you can play it in short bursts and get the most out of it, without letting it consume too much of your free time. Hopefully our tips and tricks will help you get the most out of the game, too!
