Real Basketball is the real simulation game for basketball fans, and a great game overall for everybody looking for some fun, as you already found out from my review. However, being great at Real Basketball is extremely difficult and, just like in real life, you must work very hard to become one of the better players out there.

However, I am here with some Real Basketball cheats, a series of tips & tricks to help you master the game and get better as fast as possible – even though how fast you’ll actually get to master the game only depends on your skills. But let’s check out the Real Basketball tips & tricks for the mobile app below!

1. Single player first
Although it’s pretty understandable that you will want to go Online and play against other human opponents, it’s not a good idea to do it until you play the game at least decently. You will not only lose your money (the MP), but also stand no chance against the others. So practice in Single Player (I consider the Arcade the best place to start, but more about that later) until you are very confident in your shooting skills. Lay low and come as a blast to take the world by surprise!

2. What game mode to play in Single Player
Here, it’s all about the high scores and you don’t earn any money, unless you unlock a trophy. For starters, it’s best to go for the Arcade mode because it gives you 5 balls to shoot until you miss and there’s not time limit, so you can really take your time. Once you get better, the Tournament sounds like the best place to go for honing your skills and improving your shot, because you will have to make them flawless shots and bank shots if you want to keep going.

3. Don’t spend money to resume from a checkpoint
During the tournament, when you reach a higher level, your score is saved and you can load it as a checkpoint for further games. Although this gives you an easier chance at getting the high score you want, it also costs real money, so it’s no need to spend that money. Unless you are a real pro, which you probably aren’t because you wouldn’t need any extra tips now, would you? Save your money and keep shooting instead of trying for high scores early on.

4. Master regular throws first
Ignore the bank shots and all the great bonuses that they give you during your first few days, because they are really difficult to make. Focus on scoring the regular shots and try to do it without paying attention to the bar to the left of the screen. Online, in the more difficult game modes, you won’t have it, so you need to learn how to shoot by “feeling” the ball. Also, with the combos and flawless shots, the regular shots can score you a load of points, just enough to stay ahead in most cases.

5. Become a real master with the Bank Shots
Of course, the real Pros out there are those who can easily make the Bank Shots because they get all the bonuses and multipliers and you have to be ready to shoot a Bank Shot clean and fast. Which is extremely difficult and I am still not a master here either, but slowly am working my way up. The trick is to shoot with more power (if you have the bar in the left, it would go all the way in the red) and in the opposite direction. For example, if you’re shooting from the left of the basket, instead of the regular finger flick, you have to swipe and drag to the left. Just try to visualize how you would shoot in real life and give that trajectory to the ball in the game. Only when you will completely master the bank shot you’ll be a real threat in the game.

6. Online modes in Real Basketball
This is the place where the money is made for unlocking new jerseys and so on, but also the place where you can lose everything. Start with the Street Beginner rooms and learn how it’s like to play against human opponents and work your way up to the Pros list. Have in mind that even with Street Regular the shooting bar to the left disappears, so you’re on your own with your skills and most probably up against a really skilled competitor, so don’t try to rush things.

7. Practice, practice, practice!
Probably this is the best advice anyone can give you when it comes to real life basketball, as well as Real Basketball on your mobile phone. Unless you practice regularly and keep shooting and improving your skills, you can’t get too far. Even with these tips and any other tips, unless you are able to make the shot, nothing else matters. So go out there and shoot over and over again until you can finally make it!

And this is it – these are our Real Basketball tips & tricks to make you the best possible player out there. I really hope that you can o it and you’re ready to take on the big guys!
