Piano Tiles 2 – Tips, Tricks, Cheats, How To Beat, and Strategy Guide

Piano Tiles 2 (Don’t Tap The White Tile 2) is the sequel to the first of the games that took the old Don’t Step The White Tile concept and added music to it. Your goal in this one, which is a dedicated music stepper, is to get as high of a score as you can on various songs, mostly classical music, allowing you to earn coins and unlock new songs. Read on for some tips and tricks for Piano Tiles 2 (Don’t Tap The White Tile 2)!

You can play this game with no music if you want to, as the beats generally stay pretty consistent, and it’s easy to fall into step with the timing of it. It’s a lot easier if you have the music on, because the steps line up perfectly with the music, generally. You have a lot of room for error as far as timing goes, but if you line up the steps with the sound, you won’t even have to pay much attention to the step positions.

After you beat a level with three stars, you then enter the second phase of the level, the endless part, but first, you’ll hit the bonus round (the round of applause, if you have the sound turned on) where you can collect a bunch of coins. Tap with more than one finger at a time or swipe from side to side so that you can pick them up from multiple rows.

Endless mode will have you playing the same song, but with different steps, at speeds that continually increase and increase. You will find coins occasionally as well, so tap the gold tile in order to collect the coin (tap it at the same time). You can also slide from one tile to the other, as your swipe will register on all of the black tiles (and gold) but none of the white tiles.

Play the challenges for a chance to earn a whole lot of coins. The tougher the challenge and the better that you do on it, the more coins that you can earn. Your score will be compared to the overall percentage of players around the world who have beaten it, or who have not beaten it. The better that you do, the bigger your rewards.

Save up your coins and you can unlock a whole range of new songs in the IAP store. Right now you can’t earn coins through videos or anything like that, but you can replay songs that you have already beaten for more coins as well. The round of applause sections will be your best bet for coin earning in almost all of them.
