You can't. The Crusher skin is a mod created by a 3rd party. It isn't part of the game itself. The only way to get it into your game is to download it off of RPGTopia.com and installing it into your game.

In order to open the Crusher_Final.rar file [after downloading it from RPGTopia.com], you need WinRAR. You can download trial versions of it, I believe. FileHippo and other such sites are good places to get WinRAR.
After opening it, you simply follow the instructions in the file.
