How do you unlock all perks in Lv 1 in COD5 Wii

like he said have a lvl 65 account then go to class one or any class u pick go to perk one or two or three or all and pick a special perk then log out go to a lower acc then go to class on go to perks and there u go! keep in mind the hell squad and good luck [HS]ur pwned is my user
