well you will have to help other chobots and not ask to be an agent if you ask then your chances will lower and only moderators can make you an agent and only when they are online! If you are a really good helper and give tours to new chobots you can be an agent within a week!

You have to be nice,give new users tours and show them how to do most things. and also be nice to other agents.
