Wendell the hungry walrus roams randomly through towns on weekdays, between 6 AM and midnight. He begs for food, like fruit and fish. Once you give him an edible item, he turns jubilant and gladly accepts it. Then, as a thank you, he rewards you with a neat prize. Red turnips reward you with a ? block. To get Wendell's self portrait, fork over that leftover birthday cake you've had stuffed in the bottom drawer of your dresser.
