Is master chief in love with cortana

Well, Cortana (being an AI) was basically bonded with Master Chief, almost literally. It is difficult to describe, but imagine being inside someone's head all day, every day, for almost a year, seeing exactly what they see, and being through everything they go through first hand. Also, the way "smart" AI's, as they are called, are created is by basically cloning someone's brain, then using that brain to create an artificial intelligence. The AI is basically a mirror image of that person, both emotionally, and physically (even though the physical verson may appear to be older or younger than the actual person they were created from). Dr. Halsey (the person who created the SPARTAN II program, including Master Chief) was actually attracted to Master Chief, however she was about 30 years older than him, so obviously she never persued this interest. However, Cortana, sharing the same emotions as the Docter, was much younger and higher spirited, and not to mention the time the two of them spent together. I wouldn't necessarily say they are in love though, as the two of them not even being the same species kind of interferes with that, however there is clearly a bond between the two.
