You have to offer a good Pokemon that people would want and a certain level like 100. Plus youll have to deposit the Pokemon your offering then wait a long time like I am right now. I'm offering a level 100 darkrai so whoever is offering an arceus and wants a level 100 darkrai plz go at anytime at gts.
