How do you get to undernet 3 in Megaman battle network 3 blue

From Undernet 1: take the middle ramp down to the right, then take the bottom path around the ramps to the left to the arrow path, and take that to Undernet 2. Go to the right, up the ramp, and take the second warp point. Go down the ramp and into Undernet 1. Wrap around and back into Undernet 2. Take the path straight to Undernet 3. There will be a random purple postman in Undernet 2; he will give you directions if you are lost like the good samaritan he obviously is. And what is a guy like that doing the Undernet again?
