No, unless you are playing minigames(group). You can only be Mario and Luigi(using cheats for Luigi). The Real Answer Wrong you can be Luigi by holding down L and R at the same time from when you press Mario Game at the beginning to when your level shows up it will say Luigi then you are him. by the way i even tried this so it should workfrommarian4
