Can you get an activation code for cinema tycoon recently purchased a copy of cinema tycoon from a local game store found out after the fact that the activation code on manual was stolen

I suggest you go back to the store and complain.

Or you could call the creators of Cinema Tycoon and report to them that the store was selling stolen activation codes.
