When is fancy pants 3 coming out

Fancy pants 3 was supposed to come out on July 31 but I think Brad B is a little behind schedule so it isn't out yet as far as I know!So heard that it might come out at 2010 also check out this website and learn a little a bout the new characters like cutie pants!
